Q:I went to one of the major banks in Australia as a non-customer with $80 worth of $20 Australian notes wanting to exchange them for $10 Australian notes and they said it will cost 10% ($8) to do it. The deposit base does not include any money transferred from another bank. Only the deposits it has taken in at its facilities.

No. The money belongs to the estate. If there is a will, the executor follows the will and distributes the money. If no will, probate court decides who are the heirs.

Q:I have a camcorder which can be powered up without battery using AC/DC power adapter of 5V 2A. However, when i replace the power supply with powerbank of same supply of 5V 2A using usb converter which can convert the wire to fit into the adapter hole, it cannot be powered up. You did not tell us which camcorder. Most camcorders cannot be powered using the USB port and need to be connected to power using the DC-in port. Since we don't know which camcorder you are trying to use, we cannot be sure this is the problem you are having. But if it is, then the power bank you are using is not using the right connector. You need the connector to work through the DC-in port on the camcorder. If you tell us which camcorder, we'll have a better chance of helping you.
