If the Government printed it's own money there wouldn't be interest rates. If it's a general POA, then you might be able to act on the holder behalf even without the approval of the holder or against the holder's wishes. If it's a Special POA, then it would need to be explicitly stated in the SPOA that you may act on the holder's behalf even if in disagreement with the holder's wishes.

A power of attorney is a document that gives a person the right to act for another person in a legal manner. Say your grandmother, who is collecting a pension, becomes incapacitated and can no longer look after her own affairs. She forgets to pay the bills, and creditors are calling. The decision iseither put her in a home, let her live with you, or, allow her to live in her own home with in-home care. Well, if you choose option 3, then you'd also have to get a power of attorneythat SHE signs, giving YOU the right to choose her care giver, pay her bills, etc. ButYou would pay the bills using HER money. You would be liable IF you used her money for YOURSELF, and neglected to pay her bills Now, if the family member has no money, and you know thatthen thats different.I'm not sure there. Batman doesn't have any powers. He's a human being who is driven by determination to wipe out crime and has trained his body and mind to be at the peak of human perfection. Batman really has nopowers to speak of, just a huge bank account to fund his gadgets, a vast intellect to help him sort his way out of any situation, as well as solve crimes, and an amazing physical regimen which helps him stay in shape and fight at the top of his game. Doesn't hurt that he looks good in black either.

Q:I have this wild idea of powering a window unit from a battery bank. not 100% about how i would charge the batteries but just a crazy idea. Any suggestions on how i might be able to do it?

The only way running a window air conditioner from batteries to be practical would be if you were getting the electricity for free. Like from wind or some other power source. Otherwise you would have to use AC to charge the batteries, which would be converting 120 AC to 12 DC then have to use an inverter to convert the 12 DC to 120 AC. Ok that is all fine and good, but with each transformation you loose power. So if you plan on charging up batteries then running your AC then you would be counterproductive.
