Product Description:

The Polycrystalline Tool Grinders allow for economical manufacturing and regrinding of: PCD, CVD, PCBN, Carbide, and HSS tools.  These machines grind angles and radii on standard and special turning and milling inserts, boring tools, milling cutters, grooving tools, reamers, and other special tools.  The rigid construction with a 3-HP variable speed grinding spindle provides for vibration-free grinding and fast stock removal.

Both the Model FC-200D and the Model FC-500D feature a unique video optical system with 15-120x (zoom) magnification and a black and white video monitor.  This system provides a higher magnification and/or a larger field of view than most machine-mounted optical comparator systems.  In addition, the video camera moves with the worktable for easy set-up and for inspection during and after grinding.  Their rigid construction and a 3 Hp variable speed grinding spindle allow for vibration-free grinding and fast stock removal.
The Model FC-500D is a larger, more versatile machine than the FC-200D.  In addition to all of the capabilities of the Model FC-200D, the Model FC-500D features vertical grinding spindle travel, a wheel travel range of 500 mm and an oscillation stroke of 70mm.  The Model FC-500D is also designed for grinding reamers, drills, end mills, and multi-step form tools.

 Machine Features

One-piece cast iron base provides extra rigidity and minimizes vibration.
Infeed slide and grinding head slide use Schneeberger precision linear ways for accuracy and long life.
Oscillation is adjustable in position, stroke and frequency.
Heavy duty cross table pivots with two pairs of precision (ABEC-7) angular contact bearings.
Cross table pivots up to 240 degrees with two adjustable positioning stops and quickly locks in any position.
Video Optical System, with a 15x - 120x (zoom) magnification range and a 12-inch monitor, allows for measurement and inspection of radii from .001" to .375" (.025mm to 9.5mm).
Optical System moves with the worktable for easy setup and for inspection during or after grinding.
The scale shown on the video monitor can be used to represent increments for various applications. The zoom optics
Provide magnifications from 15x to 120x. The magnification can be adjusted, using a sample of known size, and locked so that the scale will accurately show the desired increments. The "1" on the scale can represent: 1/32" (74x), 1/16" (37x), 1/8" (18x), 1mm (58x), .5mm (116x), .050" (46x), .020" (115x), etc..
Work table moves rapidly to and from the grinding position under pneumatic control.
Controls are placed for ease of use; the work table infeed handwheel can be fixed in position on the RH side or the LH side, depending on operator preference (RH mounting shown).

Q:Suppose that the machinery in question costs $119000 and earns profit at a continuous rate of $52000 per year.?
t=ln(119/52)/.08~=10.3 years.
Q:What does to dowel an equipment mean? (referred to rotation machinery)?
I've never heard the term, but I would guess that it may involve putting a rod (dowel) into a hole that is designed to prevent the equipment from turning.
Q:What was the effect of the mass development of farm labor-saving machinery?
Sorry, are those the options, or your guesses? I was going to say that the increased efficiency that came with farm labor-saving machinery, and mechanization more generally, led to plots of land growing in size and requiring less people to reap the harvest. Ultimately, this led to a huge influx of labor (people) into the cities looking for work (and eventually, the industrial revolution). Edit: Thank you for the clarification. As the other poster has said, the obvious dumb answer is the AR, but there were several other factors that contributed to that revolution other than mechanization, so it's not entirely correct. One could also argue that mechanization was a major stepping stone towards the IR.
Q:How can we fly without using heavy machinery?
In theory maybe, there have been scientific paper's written about anti-gravity that explain how it could be done but any attempt to do it hasn't shown much results yet.
Q:I want to import some machinery from a foreign country. How do I find out if the seller is legitimate?
You could: - Speak to the seller on the phone and ask them some questions. If they are reasonably helpful and knowledgeable then this might provide you with some reassurance. - Search on Google for the company name, or the company name + problems, scam, etc, to see if anyone has reported any problems. If anyone has been ripped off in a big way, there is a good chance their story will be posted somewhere on the internet. - There are specialist internet forums / message boards for all sorts of industries and professions on the internet. Google for them and you may be able to find some specialists who are qualified to give you specific advice or who know about the company in question. - Make a small order first and see if it works out.
Q:I wanna know why is machinery production more effective than labor?
Jennifer forgot to mention: - It does not go on unauthorised leave
Q:Want to set up excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and other construction machinery overhaul plant, equipment and equipment needs of personnel
Do you want to repair the industry, we must starting from professional, of course, you have the foundation will repair the excavator, bulldozer, learn to fix the car, the engine system of course learning will be very easy, but the other part, you need further careful study.
Q:In the Navy, is a Machinery Repairman(MR) a good job?
You need a job that you can be happy with. Too many guys go in with no idea, and end up really mad at the system. The time they spend ends up being a waste. I liked being an ET. As a Computer System Analyst, anyone who thinks it is not the highest tech job is crazy. I wrote code and repaired circuits; so it was working on both hardware and software. Often trying to figure out which side the problem was on. I later got into Intell, and served as a Command Intelligence Officer. Which was also cool. I know a lot of Nucs too. Really it is all good. I do recommend that you consider subs. On subs your working with a better group of guys. More bubbleheads have degrees than you would see on a surface ship, and your more encouraged to finish a degree, or three. Also your more encouraged to invest and built a portfolio. Bubbleheads are paid more, and encouraged to attend courses on tax-planning and investing. So it is possible to come out at 20 years with multiple degrees and very wealthy. But the most important thing is to be happy with your choice.
Q:The development trend of mechanical specialty
Zhaopin experts believe that this phenomenon and construction machinery job requirements of higher professional, so most of the recruitment related professional background of job seekers are closely related. At the same time, mechanical engineering and automation expertise is strong, but also prompted some job seekers to choose the skilled workers, the higher technical requirements of blue collar jobs.
Q:Wants to know the average fuel consumption of constructional machinery?
Just like cars depends on the size of the machine. Is the Dozer a D11 or is it a D3? Is the truck a Toyota Tacoma or is it Peterbilt 357? What are you hauling? What size Engine? What climates are you operating at? Is the job site full of hills and what material are you working with?
