FAQ

We have organized several common questions for our clientsmay help you sincerely

①What price for each watt?

It depends on the quantity, delivery date and payment terms,

②What is your size for each module? Can you tell me the Parameter of your module?

We have different series of panels in different output, both c-Si and a-Si. Please take the specification sheet for your reference.

③Can you provide the peripheral products of the solar panels, such as the battery, controller, and inverter? If so, can you tell me how do they match each other?

Yes, we can, we have two companies for solar region, one is CNBM International, the other is CNBM engineering Co.

We can provide you not only the solar module but also the off grid solar system, we can also provide you service with on grid plant.

④What is your warranty system?

Our product  performance guarantees for 25 years

• 12 years guarantee for workmanship

• Timeliness of delivery

• Quality Products certified (TÜV, UL, CE, ISO)

⑤How do you pack your products?

We have rich experience on how to pack the panels to make sure the safety on shipment when it arrives at the destination.

⑥ Can you do OEM for us?

Yes, we can.

⑦How long can we receive the product after purchase?

In the purchase of product within three working days, We will arrange the factory delivery as soon as possible. The pecific time of receiving is related to the state and position of customers.Commonly 7 to 10 working days can be served.

Q:when we say a solar panel has 20% efficiency, do we mean that it converts 20% of sunlight reaching it into electricity or that it converts 20% of visible light(which is only 7% of sunlight) into electricity?
Photo-voltaic solar cells use the visible light range (photons) for the conversion of sun's rays to electrical energy. The potential of solar radiation is ,353 Watts per square meter, but that is mostly a measure of heat, or infrared radiation. The visible light is actually a small portion of the spectrum. You have struck on a problem associated with photo-voltaic cells. Infrared radiation acts to heat up p-v cells (heat stress), causing them to be much less efficient. It would be interesting to see a hybrid p-v panel that is cooled with fluid or air running through it. This would increase efficiency of the p-v process while providing a heating source. This in turn could be used directly for heating or for production of electricity through a generator system.
Q:I'm looking to see how much it would be to install solar panels on a home. Or more information on where i would be able to locate a place of purchase, or in general more information...
Many companies are regional, so it is hard to give a specific company name. The best thing to do is look in the phone book for solar contractors. You can buy any size system you want it to offset all or a portion of your bill, there may be rebates and you will be able to receive 30% tax credit if you do it this year. Make sure to get an estimate on how soon you will break even. You will also be able to get a more accurate quote if you know at least year usage history. You should be able to get that info from your electricity provider.
Q:I heard that solar energy has a lot of advantages but are there any drawbacks in using the solar panels?
The major drawbacks are the high cost with low power payback. Also, the sun isn't shining for a good share of the time. life span is 20-30 years and then you have to spend the money all over again. It's cheaper to use public utilities for power, but not as green.
Q:I want to use this solar panel to hook up AC adapters. IM not sure what to do and how to use the solar panel. I want to be able to use a batter charger, a radio, and charge a GPS if needed. - Thanks, Zoo
You don't have much power to work with there. You could hook it up to a car battery to give it a sloooooow trickle charge. One amp will take like 60 hours of sunlight to completely charge a car battery. You'll be able to power small radios, ones that need nine to twelve volts or so. Just position the panel a bit away from the direct to the sun angle for your 9-volt radios, right at the sun for 2-volt radios. I would not try to power any AC adapters. You'd have to buy a DC to AC inverter, a very small one, and the inverter would steal about half the energy.
Q:Okay so.. if light deflect the light of the sun and black absorbs it, then aren't solar panels just absorbing more light, sun and heat into our atmosphere? Wouldn't this lead to an increase in global warming? Shouldn't solar panals be white? No rude answers please.
If the panels are deployed at outer surface of atmosphere then white will reflect the sun light to outer space. If the panels are deployed at earth surface, inside the atmosphere, most of the reflected light will be bounced back to earth by the atmosphere. For the solar panels we are talking about, they need to be dark color to absorb light and turn into electricity.
Q:My family has been interested in solar technology for a long time. I want to know how to save money so I can get as many solar panels as possible. I know the government has different discounts/ grants, and there may be tax incentives. I am not looking to sell energy to the energy company I want to use the energy directly.

Q:Do solar panels require permits for installation?
Yes, in most cases, solar panels require permits for installation. The specific requirements and regulations vary depending on the location, but obtaining permits ensures that the installation meets safety standards and compliance regulations set by local authorities.
Q:Can solar panels be used to power a train?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a train. Solar panels can convert sunlight into electricity, which can then be used to power various electrical systems on a train, including propulsion. However, the feasibility and effectiveness of using solar panels to power a train depend on factors such as the size and efficiency of the solar panels, train energy requirements, and the availability of sunlight.
Q:Can solar panels be used to power a military vehicle?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a military vehicle. Solar power technology has advanced significantly, and it is possible to integrate solar panels on military vehicles to generate electricity. This can help reduce reliance on traditional fuel sources, increase operational efficiency, and provide a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly energy solution for military operations.
Q:Am using 800watts sukam inverter and have 55watts panel. What controller can i use to connect my solar system to have a max power . Already i have 200 Amp/hr battery
You need a charger Controller but 55 watt panel is not a whole lot of power. So yes you can buy a very good one but it will cost a lot more. For a 55 watt panel you only need a 4 to 7 amp controller. But why not buy a 0 amp so you can add a second solar panel etc... A PWM (Pulse Width Modulated) is the cheapest and most robust type MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) These controllers actually detect the optimum operating voltage and amperage of the solar array and match that with the battery bank. The result is additional 5-30% more power out of your array versus a PWM controller So unless you have a system over 200 watt the PWM works very good I have two of the PWM myself
