Z-100 (standard model) is a new generation of environmentally friendly water reducer developed by our company; the main component is methacrylic acid - methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate copolymer. The using method
1, This product recommended content is 0.25% -0.85% of the total weight of cementitious
material, actually content should be experimentally determined.
2, Due to the adaptive differences between different types of the cement and admixtures, The adaptive test of cement and admixture should be done before using or changing the cement type.
3, In order to achieve better water-reducing effect, and ensure the quality of concrete, the mixing time is recommended at least 120 second before the concrete mixing test.
4, This product is sold as raw material, it shows good compatibility with a variety of retarders, defoamers, and air-entraining agent. Processing compound is not
recommended to be used directly on the concrete and other materials. It is strongly recommended through trial and complex technology to determine the using method and conditions prior to use. It can be used as a masterbatch that mixed with different characteristics agent to produce retarded setting agent, early strength agent
cryoprotective agent and pumping agent, it can fully meet the requirements of the different categories of engineering, construction technology, construction technique and temperature conditions.
Packaging, transport and storage
(1) It is packed in 1000Liter per IBC Tank, Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.
(2) Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.
(3) Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of Z-100 is six months under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
Health and safety
(1) Once splashed into eyes and skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.
(2) Inedible. When eating by mistake, drink sufficient water to urge to vomiting, and then go to hospital.
(3) No littering. Caution should be taken to protect environment.

- Q:I am the person with the 1994 toyot pick up that has (had) heating problems.I found out what the problem was.The shop that I let replace the radiator, sold me/ installed a POS "cheapy" radiator.I found a significant leak / separated weld around the tops inlet.They replaced the POS radiator with a CFS radiator.It is obvious (by simply looking at it) that this radiator is a MUCH BETTER built radiator.I would still like it to run a little cooler.Does anybody know of anyone that has ever used a coolant additive? Do they really make a dofference? I am planning on running water wetter with a 25-30 to 70-75 mixture of anti-freeze to water, and then add water wetter?Does anybody know if this will make a significant difference driving across AZ and NM during the end of october?
- Whoa! Use the recommendations of the coolant manufacturers, and you don't need to use additives with new coolant! There are no additives that will make it run significantly cooler, anyway, unless you are running straight water in your rad, which is stupid for a road vehicle. Additives are to re-inforce the ingredients in coolant that fight rust, etc. The only practical way is to increase airflow across the radiator, but then the engine may never reach optimum operating temperature, meaning it will use more fuel. Water wetter is said to reduce operating temperatures by 30 degrees, but read the information properly - IN SYSTEMS NOT USING COOLANT, in racing engines, and in systems with signicantly smaller cooling systems, or systems where people are too damn lazy to change their coolant often enough! A 50-50 water-to-coolant mixture is standard, as it offers protection against the maximum temperature ranges most of us will experience. 50% anti-freeze is also the recommended minimum for corrosion protection, 70% is the maximum concentration recommended, stronger and the stuff can start to gel and restrict the ability of the mixture to transfer heat. Between 50 and 70% the cooling at high temperatures is not changed much, the difference is cold protection, and the higher concentrations would be for areas like Alaska and the Yukon.

- There are lubricity additives to help the fuel flow. Also Cetane enhancers, similar to octane boosters in gasoline. Also detergents, again like gasoline, to keep injectors clean.

- I was just researching this tonight. What I read was that they are all very similar for the stage one foods. Stage 2 and 3, Gerber is actually one of the worst. Growing up Healthy was the best, but that is hard to find. Beech Nut was also pretty good. However, Beech Nut also has some foods with fillers. I'm just going to try and make my own baby food. That way I KNOW what is in there.
