FAQ of Poly 230W Solar Panel CE/IEC/TUV/UL Certificate

(1) Can you offer the test report of the module?

Sure. All the solar modules must pass necessary tests including EL test and ultra-red test and other visual test of the apperance, and the test report presents all the detailed data of the modules.

(2) How  to confirm about the quantity and the type of solar module?

It depends on the solar system where  you want to put into use the solar modules. We have experienced engineers to design for your order and you need to give more information to fix the details.

Q:What is a good type of solar panel to get for my house?
Solar water heating panels are often heavy, depending on their design. Solar electric panels are rarely heavy - at mabye 3 lbs. per square foot, including mounting racks, they are not much heavier than typical roofing materials. Whether the panels pay for themselves is a highly individualized answer, dependent on your state and local rebates (if any), how much sun your area gets, and the cost of your electricity. Just about any Californian can break even, but it can take 5-20 years. Prices are dropping, so this should get better next year (but federal tax credits expire - could be renewed, a Democratic president would be unlikely to veto). A house that is conservative in electrical usage (this usually means no air conditioners in the summer or electric heat in the winter) generally has enough roof area to supply 00% of its electrical needs. We have 0% of our roof dedicated to panels, and it supplies essentially 00% for us. The best way to get answers to your questions is to ask a few solar companies to do a free analysis and quote on your house. You can always say no. If you're thinking of doing it yourself, that's possible, but not trivial. It's also possible that a professional could install it for less than you could if you bought the parts yourself and installed it yourself. We installed our own, but the experience is a little dated - from 2006. There's a video at the bottom of the page below, if you want to see what we did.
Q:How are these flexible solar panels?
but it's very interesting and I wanted to ask you. In your case this is good solution, but I saw flexible panels in OKorder much cheaper than 250$. This is the price of standard solar panel 20w. Maybe your panels with better efficiency? I know that flexible panels are less than half efficient than regular panels, thats why you need twise more area to get the same output. What is your usage of this energy in this van? I know there are many ideas of solar cars, but if this solution is efficent enough today? Thanks!
Q:If I shine different color lights (bulbs) on a solar panel, will it affect the electricity output?
Q:Solar Panels in Abu Dhabi, UAE?
Abu Dhabi Solar plant Shams will be completed by the end of this year and will be ready to provide Abu Dhabi with power at commercial prices. Construction began during [the third quarter] of 200. The project's cost is $600 million (Dh2.2 billion) and with its completion, it will be the largest solar project in the world, Yousuf Al Ali, General Manager of Shams Power Company told Gulf News. Once completed, Shams will be one of the largest concentrated solar power [CSP] plants in the world, extending over an area of 2.5 square kilometres with a capacity of approximately 00MW and a solar field consisting of 768 parabolic trough collectors, Al Ali said. He added: Shams is a joint venture between Masdar (60 per cent), Total (20 per cent) and Abengoa (20 per cent). Q:how to store energy from solar panels?
I have no idea what you are doing or what you think you are accomplishing. A 235 watt panel isn't much energy. You can certainly store it with a plain old lead acid battery.
Q:Solar panels and your opinion?
The payback is usually between about 5 and 5 years depending on how expensive electricity is in your area, the rebates available, and where you live (is it sunny most of the time?) Most people that get them don't do it for the investment - they do it to be energy responsible - but it's not a bad way to do both if you have the money to put into it. I personally just pay for the green energy option from my electricity provider. So I am buying power from solar and wind farms, and it cost about 0% more per month. I don't get the benefit of free power, but it comes with a smaller price tag initially, and I think when we all invest in these technologies, the price will improve over time, so energy costs will be lower in the future.
Q:solar panels on projectors?
Unlikely to prove useful. Solar panels don't generate very much current. You would probably wind up spending several thousand dollars, and wind up with a solar panel array (including batteries and power inverter) that is certainly not portable. You will also need adequate current for your projection source (ie DVD player or computer), as well as sound. By and large, the cheapest projectors require the least amount of power. There is no way around the fact that, for a projector to be practical, it must output out a great deal of light. Adequate light requires adequate current.
Q:A question about solar panel?
I found some 0 square ft. solar panels that produce 30 watts . 3 watts per s.f. . A 2,000 s.f. home would consume around 2,000 kilowatt hours of electricity in summer months in areas that require air conditioning . This would require 67 kwh daily . You would need ,000 s.f. of panels and dozens of batteries to store the energy for night time .
Q:solar panel help needed ?
You need to know how many solar cells are in the panel and what is the rated current each cell will produce. This information should be listed on the panel. Each cell will produce from 0.5 to 0.55 volts DC per cell and each cell will produce a current that is dependent on the size of the cell and the type of material the cell is made from. If the cells are connected in series then the voltage of each cell will add together, that is if you have 30 cells connected in series they should generate about 5 to 6.5 volts DC. If each cell generates .2 amps, then you multiply the voltage of 5 volts DC times .2 amps DC equals 8 watts of power. The current of each cell does not add together when you connect the cells in series only the voltage of each cell. If you connect the 30 cells in parallel then the current of each cell adds together but the voltage of each cell does not. That is 0.5 Volts DC times 36 amps equals 8 watts. The power (watts) produced will be the same. See our blog on the products page to see how to connect solar cells in series and in parallel. We also have a PDF file of solar cells and their rated output current sorted by watts per area and their manufacturer.
Q:Why only Photo-Voltaic solar panels?
Solar thermal systems aren't really that much cheaper. You have to have complex systems to pump the water, heat exchangers, regulate the temperature in the panels so it doesn't get too hot, regularly inspect it for leaks, have a system to maintain a constant output temperature, etc. The return on investment of such systems are usually very long, on the order of several decades, even for very large buildings. If they were cost competitive with traditional heaters then they would already be much more widely used I think. Plus with solar thermal you have the unfortunate reality that technologically they aren't going to get much more advanced. That's probably not the case for PV panels. So the only way I can really see solar thermal being used on a larger scale would be some kind of subsidy. PV on the other hand may have a breakthrough tomorrow that drastically reduces its cost. I'd be curious to find out how well those solar AC units actually work though, I can see how they might have potential.
