—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- I tile every day of my life and since the paint is assumed to be part of some aesthetic over concrete, you can scuff it with a wire brush, belt sander, grinder, cleaning all debris. - If you have a broken tile you obviously don’t need to worry about saving it. You may be able to pry it off the wall by sliding the putty knife under the tile at a very low angle (almost parallel to the surrounding tiles), then moving the knife around to break the tile away from the glue or mastic holding it on. Depending on how loose the tile is you may be able to remove it by simply sliding your putty knife under the tile and prying up gently. If the tile won't come off you'll need to get rid of the surrounding grout

- It is not too hard. Corners and cuts can be difficult without a tile saw. Prep is most important. Laying the underlayment, and getting the right consistency for the grout. Wiping the grout with too much water will make it crumble within a years time. You can treat the wall the same way. Just be sure and seal the grout and tile once it is done.

- you can do it- just follow instructions. When I was a kid we garbage picked the carpet stores for left over remnants- any size. When we had enough we took them to the basement and randomly glued them to the floor for a patchwork design. If a kid can glue carpet down- so can you.

- I okorder . I'm going to try replacing the tiles in my shower. There is some water damage so I'm going to have to replace the boards, backing, and maybe even wall supports first though. I'm hoping to be able to finish it in a couple of weeks, luckily I have a second bathroom! Tiling is hard, you might have to rent a wet saw too. But it can pay off by increasing the value of your house at a tiny fraction of the $1,000's that contractors would charge. I would only do this project if you are patient and have some experience with DIY projects. If you have lots of time, then go for it!
- Q:i am looking for the best way to lay 600 x 600mm polished porcelain tiles on a caber chipboard floor can anyone help?
- Chipboard is not a suitable underlay for tile. Check the bag of mortar for acceptable substrates, at the very minimum you will need a tile backer. If there is any deflection in the chipboard I would recommend putting plywood down before using tile backer. Remember that tile backers don't add much strength as far as flexing is concerned, they are used so the underlayment has a similar expansion and contraction rate as the tile itself. Wood will not give you this and cracks will develop over time.
