    FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:What is good for tiles?
Brand is not recommended, but can help how to identify good or bad? The price is not good to say, but can distinguish what is good under the tile binder. Buy a pack of tiles dedicated adhesive open: 1: to see whether the powder is delicate, delicate products as well, easier to stick. 2: to see whether the color is uniform, even the product as well, more stable when the factory mixing. 3: add water for 5 minutes, wait and see paste paste material, see consistency, consistency as high as well. Indicating a higher bond strength. 4: construction performance, approved scraping on the back of the tile to see whether the smooth, smooth as well, better waterproof performance. 5: paving tiles after looking at the drying time of the tile binder, slow dry material is good, quick-drying is because the addition of cement plus, slow dry advantage is that the binder material can be fully hydrated with tiles Enough time to stick together, and not because of quick drying, water can not hydrate.
Q:I want to lift ceramic tiles off bathroom floor and re-use. Whats best method to do this without breaking?
After installing,,,and removing thousands of sq. ft. of tile, I suggest what the others have. Accept that the job will cause loss. It should be pretty obvious why, and I'll give you an abstract example. Once upon a time postage stamps needed to be moistened to stick. If you felt like you wanted to retrieve the stamp and just attempted pulling a dried stamp from an envelope your success rate would be minimal. The difference in this analogy and your situation is that you can't separate tile from mortar, from the sub floor by steaming and unless you flood the area for a good length of time the mortar won't separate either. An even more valid concern is,,, even if you managed some intact tile, you'd have to grind or chip the mortar from the unfinished side, possibly damaging or breaking those tiles you so wanted to save. No offense at all but tile is relatively inexpensive, but sadly rarely able to be matched over any long time span. Any tile job I've ever done includes no less than 3 extra cases of tile, over and above what I consider might be needed in 10 to 15% waste. Certainly if the tiles were expensive, rare, imported one of a kind, decorative, I understand perhaps wanting to salvage them, but you don't state the WHY of your Q, so I can't truly know. Q:Tiling Tubs??????????
(s+2)^2-s^2 would provide the area of the tile border. It is equivalent to the area of the whole hot tub installation, including tile, minus the area of the tub itself. 4(s+1) would be a length in feet, and is not equivalent to any area. The perimeter of the hot tub is 4s, and the perimeter of the whole installation, including the tile is 4(s+2). 4(s+1), ignoring units, would give the number of tiles required for the border, which if multiplied by the area of one tile (1 ft^2) would give the area of the tile border. (s+2)^2-s^2 = s^2 + 4s + 4 - s^2 = 4s + 4 = = 4(s + 1) sq. ft. is also the area of the tile border. So they are the same, if you account for the difference in units.
Q:where to find fleur de lis tile?
i've seen marble, tile and granite warehouses/stores that often have overstock sales. try googleing some in your area.
Q:tiles and tile adhesive?
You don t say what size tile it is and what your going over as far as a substrate. It makes a difference. Since I familiar with the coverage in s/f and your post suggests you came from the states I ll use a s/f format and some generalizations. Assuming you have a larger tile you should be using a larger notched trowel.1/4x3/8 but you may want to use a larger 1/2x1/2. I ll go off of a 1/4x3/8 trowel. A standard 50# bag of thin set will cover an area of 60/70 s/f using a 1/4x3/8 trowel. Splitting the difference and using 65 s/f per bag, divide 65 into the 290 s/f you have. Or 4.46 bags. So you ll need 5 , 50# bags of thin set using a 1/4x3/8 trowel. If your using a different size trowel , all bags have a coversion chart on the back to figure your coverage. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
Q:What are the dimensions of the tile?
According to the use of space in three categories: the following are in mm (mm) as a unit Outer wall: 100X100,150X150,50X100,50X150,200X200,200X300,300X300 Inside wall tiles: 100X100,100X200,100X250,150X250,200X300,250X300,250X400,300X450, (large size wall is the most recently used more.) 300X600,400X800 Floor tiles: 300X300, 300X600, 330X330, 333X333, 400X400, 400X800, 450X450, 450X900, 500X500, 600X600, 600X900, 800X800, 1000X1000, 1200X1200. and so: 1, that is basically an integer, and is an integer ending in 0 and 5. this is correct. In addition to antique tiles (330X330, 333X333) 2, an edge of 40cm, the other side is greater than 40cm tile more? Answer is not much, there are two: 250X400 wall tiles 400X800 tiles 3, inside the bathroom with 20 * 40 more? Used to use more, but now very few manufacturers do, from the aesthetic point of view of this specification does not look good, now with more is 250X400, 300X450. These two inner wall.

Q:Question about Pre-Mixed Tile Grout?
You can get grout sealer in a small tube at Home Depot. If you don't seal these few tiles, you could be creating a larger problem for yourself down the road. Go for the expense, or risk doing damage to the backer board.
Q:Help plezz? a 15ft by 18ft floor...How many green tiles and how many white tiles will be needed?
The total number of square foot tiles you will need is 15 * 18, or 270 tiles. That is also the area within the rectangle of the room. Now the green tiles denote the perimeter of the square with certain allowances for corners and the fact that the perimeter you are talking about is 2 tiles wide. The outermost perimeter (green tiles) is 18 by 15 feet and is calculated by (2 * L) + (2 * W) -4. or (2 * 18) + (2 * 15) -4. Simplifying it brings it to (36) + (30) -4, or 62. You are probably wondering about the -4. That is because each corner is counted twice (once for length and again for width) and you need to compensate for the duplication. Now for the inner perimeter. The size of the inner perimeter is reduced by 2 feet or 2 tiles since the rectangle is smaller, so the dimensions are now 16 by 13 feet. The formula is the same, (2 * L) + (2 * W) -4 but with the new numbers. (2 * 16) + (2 * 13) -4 Simplifying (32) + (26) -4 = 54 Adding the two perimeters together, 62 + 54 = 116 Green tiles. Subtract that from the total tiles used, 270 - 160 = 154 White tiles. Now try that with 9 inch tiles. z
Q:how do you remove asbestos floor tiles?
Professionals seal off the room with heavy plastic and even have a separate chamber to change into white suits and respirator and then they shower afterwards . You shouldn't be messing with it!
