 FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.  What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:Tiling question?
After installing thousands of sq. ft. of tile, and getting many thumbs down here?? I offer my thoughts. On a personal note, I don't come here to boost ego or income. DO NOT grout the texture of the travertine just to fill it. First of all the texture of the grout will be different than the tile, NOT likely remain in the smallness of the PITS, and unless it's in a color that matches; will stand out as it it was NEON. I use both sized knives to trowel mortar, in your case 1/8 will be fine. Since any tile should be regularly cleaned,,,given the surfaces they cover,,, I suspect the difference in tiles and textures is interesting and the PITS wherever else they exist must have the same issue? Yes? I might not attempt it, but as a DIY, for your own home, it's not a horrible idea, and certainly can be changed at some point. I guess in the end however I'm most curious about why not save the 6x6 for possible repair/replacements? Also I'm curious about WHY the NEW/Different? Is it in use elsewhere in the house? Is it different, in general, than the horizontal surface it will BUTT against? Finally and with no offense meant,,,Why 6x6 on a floor? Is it a bathroom? Finally, finally,,, DON'T bother to use a sealer that might make you think the Travertine will clean easier. It will only cause an issue of occasionally having to re-apply sealer. Steven Wolf
Q:Getting holes in Scrabble tiles?
use a very small and fine drill bit that will not chip your pieces from vibration, check your local Home Depot or Hardware store for the bits and drill.
Q:What is the loss of tile tiles?
Hello, in fact, the loss will not be great, because the general brick you cut somewhere else can be used, unless your office is not just the length and width, that is, in addition to your specifications, the rest of the small points than you Half of the specifications of the brick is big, and the loss of that situation is large. Hall with the general loss of two more with 80. By 1.56 +2 on it. Small pieces of damage loss is relatively small, according to the normal calculation but also throw away the place not posted. The normal normal area of 30 * 30 direct by 11 will not lose much. Tile specifications 30 * 45 of the. This is more difficult to calculate. Because doors and windows to throw away. There are many irregular places. Are generally deducted those who add up to 10 is enough, after the stalls can be posted as the point of the brick point. Hope it helps you. Q:grouting ceramic tile?
sounds like you might have small spots of dry grout--that was not wiped off--not the glaze but actual grout and now it is hard-- use a razor blade to remove these spots carefully--or use a 5 in 1 tool--which is not as sharp--but will remove the excess grout--wipe down with damp sponge couple times
Q:How to correctly start tile job?
As others have said, start in the center and make your cuts all on the edges, but be careful you don't end up with a sliver of tile. Measure and pencil in the center of each leg of the L, so your chalk lines make an X at the center of the corner where the two parts meet. Then measure away from that line to see how each tile will get cut at the walls. If there is a pattern with strong lines on it, you have to be careful to lay out the cuts so that if there is any taper, due to the floor being not perfectly square...that you don't have cuts going across the lines and accentuating the error. So think ahead! If you can't help but have a funny edge, see if you can put it on a side that is covered with furniture, or isn't that visible in normal use. Do the same with the tile in the other rooms...do some measuring, and see what layout gives you the best size tiles. You don't want to have small tiles at the transitions from one room to another. Adjust your X starting point so your cut tiles are not too small. You should lay it out so you can use the biggest tiles you can (in other words, don't cut little strips to fill in a gap...shift the whole centerline over to make those slivers at least a 1/3 tile. Once you have your X starting point, put down 4 tiles around that X, and work out from the center, but don't run all the tile down the lines, then do another row, etc...work out in an expanding pattern. If you do a long run all at once, and are just off by a tiny bit at the start...the error with keep growing. Work out from your starting point, filling in all the floor as you go, leaving the edges to trim last. I strongly recommend the Time-Life books on this.
Q:How did the tiles come out?
2, quintana bricks The surface of the whole body is not glazed, and the front and the back are consistent with the material and color. Quintana bricks are a kind of wear-resistant tiles, although there are varieties such as seepage through the whole body, but relatively speaking, its color than glazed tiles. As the current interior design more and more tend to plain design, so the quintana brick more and more become a fashion, is widely used in the hall, aisle and outdoor walkway and other renovation projects on the ground; generally less used in the wall. Most of the anti-skid brick are all bricks.
Q:ceramic tile?
It is partially for support(adherence to the wall) and also your wall 'breathes' and expands(small amounts)during the year. Having more grout between the tiles ensures a better % chance that they stay on the wall and also allows a slight flexiblity(although it doesn't look like it), for small shifting of the wall. The minimum space would be 1/8 for grout joints. It also depends on the size of tile one is using on the backsplash.
Q:need help with tile sealer...?
If you are referring to silicone sealant, you can buy silicone remover.
Q:asbetos floor tiles and home purchase?
Best thing is to cover the tiles with another floor covering, rather than to try to remove them. They're not dangerous just sitting there, it's the dust from breaking them up/apart/removal that can be really bad. Check on the local laws of removal.
Q:I want my bedroom to look like a royal palace, should I use tiles?
