1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q:A family member purchased 12x12 non gloss tiles for our shower stall and I don‘t think I ever saw a shower stall with non gloss tiles. Our old tiles had gloss. Can you use non gloss tiles for the shower stall?
- As long as its a glazed tile with a matte finish. These types of tiles are in fact easy to make look clean since water spots hide better on a matte finish. If your referring to an unglazed tile, sealing the tile is a must, and I suggest sealing twice before installation. Matte glazed tiles are very common. - Q:On those tiles, can you skate on them with ice skates. I was thinking about getting them but I wasn‘t sure. Last but not least, is there a different kind of tiles that are cheaper. Thanks!
- I think I understand your question, the tiles you can't skate on unless you have roller hockey skates, it's called sport court. I play roller hockey and ice and the tiles for roller SUCK! If I were you I'd just go fin a certain kind of paint I can't recall the name of the brand, but paint the garrage floor with it and you can skate in there and stick handle if you have enough room. - Q:I have a pistol grip glass cutter with a carbide cutting wheel....can this be used to cut ceramic tile, or am I better off to get tile nippers?
- It really depends on the tile. All tile cuts differently. The width of your cut even makes a difference. You basically have to test your tile to find out. Most tile cuts easily. Tiles from Italy and Brazil can be a nightmare requiring slow water cuts. A set of hand nippers is a must.....to clean cuts and make inside corners......as well as cuts for plumbing and electrical. Shop around.....there are some single use tile tools available on the market.
- Q:i put up glass tile on my kitchen backsplash. i grouted today. i am unable to remove the grout haze this evening however. it is causing the tile to look terrible. any tips? i don‘t want to scratch it.
- Re washing grout haze will only keep bringing it back. Try 1 st buffing with a clean , dry terri cloth towel .. If this doesn t do it,step 2 is to get a white nylon doodle bug pad. Buff these dry w/o water.. We also call then scratch pads ( they won t scratch tile).. Step 3 if this doesn t work is to get a grout haze and efforvesant remover. About $5 an 8 oz bottle, sold almost any place tile is sold. This you can do according to directions, that is mix w/ water this time..Don t use any lime away or any thing caustic...Any other questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there GL
- Q:do everything and what thickness of mortar between the tiles and the floor should be observed
- If the bathroom has timber floor boards with a covering on top remove any plastic tiles or old carpets and lay thin plywood on top screwed down to the floorboards as a solid base for the new tiles (you omit this if the bathroom has a concrete floor) then either buy some floor tiles adhesive (for plastic tiles) or mix some tile cement (for ceramic tiles) spread the adhesive /tile cement on the floor base using a slotted trowel that applies the adhesive/cement in rows, then follow the adhesive/cement makers instructions to leave for a period - then lay the plastic tiles edges butting or ceramic tiles with plastic spacers to allow for the grout to be added between the tiles, start from the back working obviously towards the door. You can unscrew the toilet pan and slide tiles underneath likewise the bathtub panels remove to fit the tiles underneath (note you will have to trim the bathtub panel so it can be re fitted over the tiles, you may wish to tile up to baseboards (skirting UK) or remove them and tile underneath. As you can see this job is quite involved -do you have good diy skills? Otherwise leave to a pro to tile it for you maybe you can buy the tiles and he lays them?
- Q:Can you suggest any methods to clean the floor and wall tiles?
- If you are talking about the bathroom tile around a shower you will need a lime remover it will clean the soap scum and water deposits. The floor tiles just need a general cleaner. If you want to clean tiles in a kitchen use a de greaser.

- Q:The previous owner placed VCT tiles on beautiful hardwood floors. I want to remove them, without messing up the wood too bad, since I want to sand and wax the floors after I remove them.Is there a way to do this without ruining the floors?Can I rent a machine? Should I try to heat up the tiles? They are glued on very well, and its a large area. The machines I have seen so far, look like they are made to remove tiles that are placed on concrete. - Yep heat up the tiles like you thought.The machine you talk about will remove the tiles but in your case it ll chew up the floor to that your trying to save.You ll need to rent or buy the heat gun since the normal hair dryer won t heat hot enough to do the job. HINT HINT start at the out side and work in since glue will be tacky for awhile. Have a variety of hand scrapers to see what will work for you if your working alone. With a partner some one can stand and use a floor scraper while some one heats the tile. GL
- Q:Can I go over the exixting tile,or do I have to remove the old tile first.There is ceramic tile there now,and I want to intsall new ceramic tile.I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question.
- You'll need to remove the old tile and grout.Clean and prep the surface before doing the new tile.
- Q:I want to put vinyl tiles on my pre-existing ceramic tiles but in some areas there is no ceramic tiles and I need something to fill in the gap to make my floors even when I put on the vinyl tile. What should I use? Then when my floors are even how do i put my tiles?
- If you insist on installing vinyl tiles over the ceramic....first you need to abrade the surface of the ceramic, then you need a high quality floor leveler, such as Ardex to skim over the entire floor and fill in the grout joints. In the areas without tiles, you can use plywood to build up to the level of the existing tile. Make sure to skim over the plywood joints as well. Hopefully, you are not using the peel and stick tiles, because over time they do not stay stuck to the floor. Use the dry back and put the adhesive on the floor, and the tile in the glue. Just remember - your new floor is only as good as the floor under it...best to rip up the ceramic.
