1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q:okay so im a dancer, but i never really bothered to try tap. but since this year the company im on says i have to. - Yes it is bad to tap on tile period! It can ruin the tile floor and damage your shoes. Tile is a very slippery surface too when exposed to metal taps (especially Tel Tones). You don't want to fall and injure yourself. If I were you, I would stop by home depot or a similar store and get a square sheet of plywood to dance on. If you aren't able to do that, you can step outside on even concrete (not concrete with jagged edges, smooth concrete) and that will help create traction, and give you a nice tap sound quality. - Q:There is a broken tile in my hall, and two of them are loose. do I need to scrape off the old dry morter that was under them? What do I purchase to secure them? mortor, grout or? I noticed that grout comes in many colors- mine is the shade of sand. Also, the one tile has to have a cut out for the door - is there any other way to cut it than with a tile saw?
- If you get the replacement tile from Lowes or another store with a tile cutter, you can mark it and they will cut it. They will also have the best advice on fixing your problem. My advice is ask the oldest guy in the tile and cutting department.

- Luan is not a vapor barrier. The best vapor barrier you can use is already down. Just apply it over the old floor. Make sure you don't have seam-over-seam.
- Q:Has anyone every used Ceramic Tiles to re-do bathroom floors? I‘ve seen it done on HGTV but just wanted to knw if it was really that easy?
- We've tiled a few rooms, it's not hard, but it takes time and practice. Here's what you need to know: Laying out the grid can be time consuming, but very worth the trouble. Cutting tiles straight across or boxy is easy. Curves are more challenging- don't expect a perfect arc. You don't have to do glue down the tiles all at once, but you do want to do the grout all at once. DEFINITELY use the spacers that you can put ONE in the middle of the four corners and stick above the tiles to pull out easily. The tiles need to dry in the glue at least a day before grouting. Consider the color of your grout as carefully as the color of tile you buy. Mix the grout carefully and use a tile sponge to get the grout smooth. Carefully clean as much grout as possible off the tiles. The grout must dry at least a day before sealing. You should re-seal your grout to maintain your floor as directed on the sealant. The spray on sealer is magic for smaller areas. A large area might get expensive and more time consuming?
- Q:can you paint over bathroom tiles? if so what kind do i need?
- Yes, there is tile/ceramic paint- several brands- all stocked by home improvement stores. The key element is the prepping. The old tiles and grouting need to be clean -and then cleaned again with the manufacturers suggested cleaner. You can decorate tiles, or change the color of the entire wall. Once the paint is dry, it is waterproof . It takes a bit of time, but with care, you should be able to do almost all the cleaning prep the day before and then just do the final cleaning and paint on the project day. Worst case, do one wall at time. It does not hurt to practice the entire process on one tile- preferably the tile hardest to see when you are on the outside looking in.
- Q:I am in the process of tiling my bathroom, now that I have the 12 X 12 tiles on the floor and nearly done with them, I need to do the walls behind the toilet sink and cabinet. My question is, how far do I have to move the toilet flange (pipe) forward so the new tiles will not interfere. The toilet sits right on the wall. I used 1/2 backerboard, and I am using a 4x4 tile and thinset to mix and hold it together.

- Q:I have asbestos tiles in my basement (of a home I recently purchased). I sent them off to a lab for testing. The lab results came back 4% asbestos. I definitely want to remove the tiles. The majority of the tiles are in good shape. Some of the corners on a few of them are cracking. Right now I am considering the DIY vs. hiring the pros for removalI have been given conflicting advise thus far. Some say do it yourself, there is a very low percentage of asbestos in your tiles -- 4%. Others say Don‘t risk it, pay for the peace of mind. Here are my questions: Is 4% a low percentage for asbestos tiles? Is this low enough to be trivial or of lessor concern when taking on DIY removal? The pros quoted me $1300 for removal and an additional $275 for an air quality test/certification. Is this a fair price for about 500 square feet of tiles? Is air quality testing really necessary given the low percentage of asbestos in my tiles? Or, are they just making money off the fear and hysteria around asbestos?
- You can put things over the asbestos but if you ever sell the house it'll cost y you. It's very expensive to remove asbestos because if you break it up and disturb it in the removal process everything has to be sealed off. I'm guessing a few grand to do that job. If you don't plan on ever selling you can just tile over it with little issue. You may not have to abate the asbestos if you sell but if you sell without telling them it's in there you can get into a lawsuit so be aware. He is right about it being only harmful if disturbed though.

- Is the same company. Dongpeng made tiles longer than sanitary ware for a long time. Sanitary ware should only do more than ten years it But the size of the company can also control the quality of the better. I think Dongpeng's toilet is really good. Porcelain do good
- Q:I have just had a room tiled with porcelain tiles. They are non-shiny matte tiles and it was suggested to me that i should use a sealer. What sealer would be better to use, a water based or solvent based? What are the differences between using the two?
- Penetrating sealer.. Although a water based product, a couple of coats will last years. Mist on( w/ a spray bottle) wipe it thoroughly over the tile and grout with a damp cloth. I dampen a cloth with the sealer. Let set for 10/15 minutes and wipe excess off amd dry. Don t let it puddle and dry. Repeat at least once , twice if possible. The grout must be set for a minimum of 3 days with all the excess grout has all cleaned off. I ve have only used 2 brands over the years Cerama Seal and Miricle 511.
