FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:I plan to tile my bathroom. Can i tile over the existing tiles?
Tiling over existing tiles is never a good idea. You need to rip them out, and tile to the existing sub-floor if it is in good shape. Also, you need to remove the old glue or cement used to adhere the existing tiles. If you cannot remove the glue/cement and the sub-floor is in crappy condition, then rip it out and put in a new sub-floor. And yes, I do know about this, because I'm doing exactly that right now myself. Google up How to Tile....you will get many how to video's that will show you exactly what to do.
Q:My house to decorate, who knows how the Villets tile ah?
Feeling can be, my home is with the Weiluo Si, Domestic brand tile ranking (China's top ten brands) 1 Nobel Tiles (well-known best-selling influence brand, national Mianjian products) 2 Marco Polo Tiles (China Famous Brand, National Inspection-free Products) 3 champion tiles (Taiwan's industry's first brand, national Mianjian products) 4 Dongpeng Tiles (China Famous Brand, China Famous Brand, National Inspection-free Products) 5 Mona Lisa Tiles (China Famous Brand, China Famous Brand, National Mianjian Products) 6 Wells Tiles (well-known best-selling brand, national Mianjian products) 7 Samit Tile (China Famous Brand, National Inspection-free Product) 8 Asia Tiles (China Famous Brand, National Mianjian Products)    9 Eagle Tiles (China Famous Brand, National Inspection-free products) 10 gold rudder tiles (China famous brand, national Mianjian products)
Q:Tiling over greenboard?
First of all, remove the greenboard that was under the tile. Replace it with cement board-that's a MUCH better subbase for tile. The peeling you experienced with the board that's up will cause you problems down the road. If you can't remove the greenboard, then your best bet is to sheet over the greenboard with 1/4 cement board, available in the flooring department at Home Depot. You will need to transition the tile where it meets the drywall outside the shower. In no case do you want to apply tile to the damaged greenboard. It will not last.
Q:Installing Floor Tile?
you can lay vinyl peel and stick tiles on top of your existing sheet vinyl if your sheet vinyl is in good condition and stuck down well, you can apply a skimcoat of feathering patch on top of the vinyl they sell an epoxy additive instead of water to mix with so that you have good adhesion to the sheet vinyl I bought my peel and stick tiles at Lowes along with the skimcoat mix. Tiles were roughly $1 a piece and look much better than the sheet vinyl. I liked Lowes selection of tiles better than Menards and Home Depot. I redid two bathrooms, front entry way and kitchen this summer
Q:why tile installed was defective?
Installing Tile can be a beautiful thing, but it can also be a terrible mess if not done correctly. A few things that could cause this is: Did you use mastic(glue) or thinset(concrete)? If you used Mastic that is not a good thing for an entire install on a floor, it should only be used as a repair or on small tile on a wall as it never truely dries gue to the outsite of the glue crusts and the center of the tile stays wet. If you used thinset was it mixed properly as that can be an issue due to coverage and set time. Did the back of the tile have dust on them from the box (the mill making these is dusty and sometimes tiles need to be cleaned before install) was the surface properly preped before you started? It needs to be a clean porus surface, if it is sealed or painted the tiles will not stick. Those are the most common issues, I hope this helps
Q:Removing old tile?
Both 1 2 offer valid sugestions. You will need a floor scraper. The heat gun is good tool for the tile removal but don't strictly depend on it for any adhesive residue. Envision scraping heated adhesive. Similar issue will arise if you use solvents. Not knowing what the substrate is, and/or what affect any removal will have on it; you may have to skim over with thinset. Steven Wolf
Q:Dongpeng tiles I know more famous, but Dongpeng sanitary ware is their home Well?
There is ah! Are ceramic products! Foreign Wrigley, Kohler (USA), Lejia (Spain), TOTO (Japanese devils, not recommended to buy).
Q:How to do tile sales?
Q:Clean grout from tiles?
It feels like the sealer wasn't utilized. you are able to re grout yet you will might desire to kill the mold in it first. If bleach did no longer artwork and only made it darker, i think of it fairly is defiantly no longer sealed. it is kinda like whilst it rains then the sidewalk outdoors turns darker because of the fact it has absorbed countless the water.
Q:Weak tile, does this automatically determine bad subflooring?
Justin, tile is rigid and doesn't flex. If you can feel it move, what's under it ain't gettin' it. Sure, the subfloor is suspect, but it may also be missing proper tile underlayment, like concrete board on top of the basic underlayment. If the tile was just installed directly onto a wood subfloor, big fail. Properly installed, it should feel like it's on a concrete slab.
