Advantage of HDPE Water Pipe

1.Non-toxic, no heavy metal additives, no fouling,  not breed bacterium,

2.Corrosion resistant: PE is inert material and it can resist the corrosion of many chemical mediums,

or electron chemical corrosion. except for few strong oxidants

3.High strength, good performance to resist the environmental stress cracking, good creep

  resistance.

4.Good flexibility: small diameters  PE pipe for water supply can be coiled and supplied for longer

length, which saves a large number of fittings , PE pipe can be easily shifted according to

  requirement of the projects.

5.Light weight ,simple safe and reliable welding technique, convenient construction and lower cost

 of the whole engineering,

6.Smooth interior wall, small water resistance, high flow capacity,

7.Long service life :up to 50 years under normal conditions.

8.Recyclable, benefit to the environment

Q:Are plastic tubes suitable for packaging medical devices?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for packaging medical devices. They offer several advantages such as good protection against moisture, contamination, and damage. Plastic tubes can also be easily sterilized, ensuring the safety and integrity of the medical devices during transportation and storage. Additionally, plastic tubes are lightweight, cost-effective, and can be customized to meet specific packaging requirements.
Q:Regarding the cigars. The following is for the humidity conditions. It is now 4:50 pm here, I am going to a party tomorrow at 4:00 pm. So 24 hours time. I live in South Africa and its winter here. I bought Romeo y Julieta cigars (Romeo No3 and 2) and a Blackstone Cherry (not a cigarillo). I don't have a humidor. But I looked in the tubes (Romeo Julieta tubes- they are metal tubes) of the Julietas and they have a wood layer around the inside of the tube. Will these cigars be fine in these conditions for 24 hours in their tubes? The Blackstone is in a plastic tube with no wood. Just plastic. Must I leave the cigars in their tubes in a Ziplock bag? And I have no waterpouches humidification pouches. I read on Cigars for less that tubes can preserve them for a long time. Oh, and I have air-conditioning in my room. But will the cupboard in my room work? I usually set the aircon between 18-21* Celsius. I can put the cigars somewhere else if it is better.
I would keep in a desk drawer lying on their sides wrapped in their tubes.
Q:For some tuning fork frequencies is it possible to hear resonance at more than one length of the plastic tube? Why?
Because the tube might be long enough to reflect the third harmonic( if it is a tube closed at one end ). It is easier to find the 2nd resonance with the higher pitched tuning forks.
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for promotional products?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for promotional products. They are versatile, customizable, and can be printed with logos or branding. They are often used for packaging promotional items such as pens, keychains, or small gifts, making them an effective and cost-efficient choice for promotional campaigns.
Q:Are plastic tubes suitable for laboratory use?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for laboratory use. They are commonly used for various applications such as sample storage, centrifugation, and liquid handling. Plastic tubes are lightweight, disposable, and often transparent, allowing for easy observation and measurement of samples. Additionally, they are chemically resistant, reducing the risk of contamination or reaction with the substances being tested.
Q:Steel wire frame, polyethylene plastic pipe is not keel?
Steel wire reinforced polyethylene plastic pipe with high strength steel wire mesh skeleton about spiral winding reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix, and use high performance HDPE modified adhesive resin will be a new type of tubing steel skeleton and the inner and outer layer of high density polyethylene closely connected together.
Q:What is the best adhesive to keep the paper on a plastic tube (Its an MM mini tube and standard scrapbook paper). I tried glue dots and it worked for 2 hrs then came off on its own. Id prefer to stay away from super glue since it could easily glue to my hands.
Can you wrap the paper around the tube and just glue the paper to itself, or tape the paper to itself?
Q:So, I went to the dentist today to get my teeth checked out. The oral surgeon said I need two teeth pulled out, but I need to be knocked out cuz it's so bad. He said the way he's gonna do it, is by putting an IV in (scared of needles:( ) and then I asked my mom and she said they were gonna take the needle out and keep a little tube in there? I'm really confused about this. Help please.
I had knee surgery when I was little, and I was TERRIFIED. Just ask to be put under first, and then have the IV put in. They did it for me, and I was totally fine, even when I woke up. They just took off the tape used to keep the needle in, and the only part that hurt was the tape being pulled from my skin. So don't sweat it.
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for pneumatic conveying?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for pneumatic conveying. Plastic tubes are commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems due to their lightweight, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion. They are able to transport a wide range of materials, including powders, granules, and pellets, making them a versatile choice for pneumatic conveying applications.
Q:Why do all squeeze tubes have a square at the top?
ummmm,, is it like putting square peg into a round hole?,,,,lol
