Q:What are grade classifications of the external walls for fireproofing?
1. The thermal insulation material of level A combustion performance: Rock wool, glass wool, foam glass, foamed ceramics, foam cement, hole-closed perlite, etc. 2. combustion performance is level B1 insulation materials: Extruded polystyrene board (XPS) after special treatment / Special treatment of polyurethane (PU), phenolic aldehyde and gelatine powder polyphenyl granule 3, combustion performance is level B2 insulation material: Molding polystyrene board (EPS), extruded polystyrene board (XPS), polyurethane (PU), polyethylene (PE), etc. See the 2009 edition construction technical measures 4.3.6 Level A insulation material is only for fireproofing, but its thermal insulation performance is not better than organic XPS \\ EPS and other materials. I feel the best insulation materials should be modified phenolic board, which can keep insulation and fireproofing, but the comprehensive unit price is very expensive.
Q:What is the common inorganic fireproof and thermal inuslation matertial?
inorganic materials of insulation materials 1, inorganic thermal insulation materials are mainly concentrated in the materials that have a certain insulation effect and can achieve level A fireproofing, such as aerogel blanket, glass wool, rock wool, expanded perlite and micro-nano thermal baffle. 2, rock wool production is harmful to human body, workers also do not want to occure the situation under the construction. The cycle of rock wool construction plate is long about 2 years from construction to production. The supply of the domestic wool market also cannot meet the requirements for use. 3, expanded perlite has great weight and high water absorption. 4, the insulation performance of micro-nano insulation panels is 3-5 times that of conventional insulation materials, commonly used in high temperature environment, but is more expensive. 5, aerogel blanket is level A1 inorganic fireproofing building materials, thermal conductivity at room temperature is 0.018W / (K · m), and absolutely waterproofing, its insulation performance is 3-8 times of traditional materials, which can replace the unenvironment-friendly froconventional flexible material with poor insulation properties, such as glass fiber products, asbestos insulation felt and silicate products.
Q:What's the difference between refractory metal raceway and fireproof raceway?
In terms of fire protection, fireproof raceway means that it is composed of the material with certain combustion performance and generally made of flame retardant or incombustible material. While for the refractory raceway, according to GA 479-2004 "Fire Resistant Cable Tray", its most important properties are: Fire resistance of the cable tray should meet with the following requirements: The cable tray of I grade fire resistance should keep the working time more than 60min, of II grade fire resistance should keep the working time more than 45min, and of III grade fire resistance should keep the working time more than 30min. Hope this is helpful for you! Thank you.
Q:What are the advantages and disadvantages of new external wall fireproof and thermal inuslation matertials?
Advantages: 1)Low requirements on the waterproof, weather resistance and other technical indicators. The dry wall and gypsum plastering mortar, etc. can meet the requirements and can be easily obtained; 2) The inner insulation material are separated by the floor, and construct within a height of only a storey , without erecting scaffold ; 3) In the hot summer and cold winter or hot summer and warm winter area, the inner insulation meets the requirements; 4) The glass beads overcome the shortcomings of expanded perlite, like, large amount water absorption, easy powdering, big volumetric shrinkage in the slurry mixing process, easily leading to post-insulation product performance degradation and hollowing, cracking, and also make up for the defects of polystyrene particles organic materials, like, flammable, poor fire performance, producing harmful gas at high temperatures and anti-aging, poor weather resistance, poor workability and large rebound in construction, ect. Disadvantages of external wall insulation : 1) Since the ring beam, slab and column structure would cause thermal bridges, leading a greater heat loss; 2) It is of low intensity, high water absorption, easy to shrink and crack. The insulation system is prone to cracking, leaking or loss and other common quality problems, especially it is easy to crack at the seams, thus being difficult to exsit as long as the building. 3) It is inconvenient for the users to redecorate and hang ornaments; 4) It takes up indoor used space;
Q:Who knows what fire heat preservation material are there?
It can be realized through inorganic insulation materials, such as glass wool, rock wool, foam glass etc.. The phenolic foam materials inside organic foam material is more special. Phenolic foam does not only have a good thermal insulation performance, but also can be combined with steel and other materials, to achieve a class A fire retardant level. Class A thermal insulation include: Rock (ore) cotton, foam glass, inorganic thermal insulation mortar, etc.. 1 thermal insulation materials with class A combustion performance Phenol, powder polystyrene particles etc.. Fire insulation materials of fire barrier zone can use class A material with class A combustion performance in rock (ore) cotton, foam glass, inorganic thermal insulation mortar. Hope my answer will help you.
Q:Current development status of qualitative refractory materials.
Q:What are the characteristics of the carbon composite refractories?
The features of carbon composite refractories: 1. It is with an aggressive high thermal shock resistance 2. Good resistance to molten steel and slag
Q:I would like to ask a friend that how much is the fire endurance of level A fireproofing glass?
the fire endurance of fire window is: class A window is not less than 1.2 hours, class B window is not less than 0.9 hours, Class C window is not less than 0.6 hour. technical requirements: 1, materials and accessories (1) the window frame is made by a certain strength of steel frame or wooden frame which is sufficient to safeguard the integrity and stability. (2) steel frame and mound layer can select galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel plate. Its selection standards should be in line with the provisions of Article 5.1. in GB12955 "Steel Fireproof Door General Technical Condition" (3) the selection standards of wood frame and mound layer should be consistent with the provisions of Article 5.1.1. in GB14101 "General Technical Conditions of Wooden Fireproof Door" (4 ) the inner filling material of steel and wood frame should be non-combustible material. (5) fireproofing glass can choose the qualified products in fire resistance test and not affecting the fire windows. light transmittance of glass is not less than 75% of identical layers of ordinary plate glass. ( 6) a sealing material between the frame and the fireproofing glass should use the nonflammable material, it can play the role of fireproofing and smoke insulation in the fire disaster. I hope I can help you
Q:Who knows what is the requirement for fireproofing of interior decoration materials ?
In addition to the underground building, combustion performance level of interior decoration materials inside windowless room , in addition to a class, should advance 1 level based on the original provisions . Library, archives and rooms storing artifacts, ceilings, walls should use class A decoration materials, and the ground should use decoration materials no lower than class B. When high temperature parts of lighting and lighting lamps and lanterns are close to non - grade A decoration materials should be taken, fire prevention measures such as thermal insulation and heat dissipation must be taken. Combustion performance level of materials used for lighting should be no lower than B. Kitchen ceiling, wall and floor should used class a decoration materials.
Q:what is the original materials of fireproof coating?
Fire retardant coating is composed of the base materials (that is film forming substance), pigments, ordinary coating additives, fire retardant agent and dispersion medium. In addition to fire retardant agent, other components functions the same as in ordinary coating, but its performance and thickness are specifically required. Some solvent-based fire retardant coating can burn upon encountering fire before construction.In fact,It is the flammable solvent contained in the coating that is burning while substances such as the base materials and fire retardant agent does not burn. Because solvent-based fireproof coating contains organic solvent and these fire-resistant coating, once leaked from the bucket, are likely to cause a fire. Fireproof coating on the substrate can insulate heat only after the solvent contained evaporates compeletly.
