pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q:I am trying to replace a leaky valve stem. And I didn't know how to get to the valve core and when I get there how do I change it? The charge is recovered. It is a 2000 Impala. Thanks in advance.Noah
William H you are correct and sometimes there is a pressure switch screwed on the hi port. We must of went to the same classes ,and read the same books, over the years. Mike S You had said the belt was bad. It said NO POWER TO A/C, you know better then that! I have taught many techs both older and young. The older techs think they know it all WRONG. But you know what there is not one guy that leaves my class, who is not smarter.
Q:1990 Pontiac Sunbird, I took a piece of hose going to the egr valve to try and see if it is working properly, but with car off, I can suck through, and blow out into hose going to egr valve, and it doesn't seem like there's any seal stopping air flow either way...is it supposed to, or what is this supposed to do?
won't be able to help precisely yet this is a image of it so do the the place's waldo with this hyperlink. it is in lots of situations linked to the intake manifold the PCV is on the valve conceal and all vehicles from approximately seventy 8 on have EGR's
Q:Hey there in new england wth a blizzard on the way :(. I noticed a few weeks ago that my radiator in my bedroom was always cold. I have lived in this house for 11 years don't know why I am just noticing now. Anyway I discovered that the radiator valve in my room was closed. I shoudl have know it was closed for a reason. I turned it on Wednesday night. everything was fine until this morning. It started leaking thru the celing. my husband tightened it turned it back off and it was fine for a while until it started leaking again! I have since turned the heat off. What can I do now? Did I mention we are bunkered down for a blizzard here? I won't get a plumber out here for days and I fear with the blizzard winds if I keep the heat off the pipes will freeze! Help any suggestions? why didn't it stop leaking after we turned the valve off again??? I am so freaking out right now!
daniel treasure was correct, but if it is still leaking then it is the packing gland that has worn. make sure that both rad valves are closed, keep hold of the spindle on the leaking rad valve with a appropiate tool so it does not turn, then loosen the packing nut clear of the valve so it rides up the spindle, where the packing nut left the valve you will see the threads where it was attached to, now, get some fine string and a small eletrical screwdriver/ pointed knife, with the string wrap it round the spindle and push into the packing nut theads, but leave some threads showing so you can get the packing gland nut start to bite, tighten the nut up, open the valve slowly and hopefully the string will have compressed enough to stem the leak. good luck.
Q:are the carborator reed valves supposed to be open or closed on a 1999 yz 250?dirt bike
reed valves depend on engine vacuum to operate. the reed valves are closed when the engine is off and as the engine load goes up, it requires more fuel so engine vacuum goes up causing the reed valves to open more, letting in more fuel. So, is the engine running or off?. are the reeds bent? if they are, they might be straightened if u use care. they break ez.
Q:Tryin to figure out how many valves a 1992 vx has. 16 or 8?
'92 Civics had single overhead cams (SOHC), so they have 8 valves. 1 intake valve and 1 exhaust valve per cylinder, so since there are 4 cylinders, that makes 8. Vehicles with dual overhead cams (DOHC) had 16, but Hondas had SOHC cams at that time. I'm really surprised how many people are saying 16. That is incorrect. I am positive. You cannot have 4 valves per cylinder (total of 16 valves) on a motor that has a single overhead cam.
Q:Hey guys Itook my car to mechanic because my engine light was on and the code showd that it was unsufficient egr lift or something like that....they had changed the egr valve before so this time they said there was carbon build up and they cleaned it and my car runs great now. i don't have problem with accelaration and the engine doesn't stall when i stop, BUT the light came on again and still shows the same code. I am sick of it!!! anybody knows what else could it be? It's 94 honda accord with 140 000 miles on it.
Hi Val, It sounds to me like the repair shop made a mistake here, they replaced a part without addressing the condition. If you had a fault for ERG insufficient flow , it would be caused by excessive carbon build-up in the intake manifold or the upper intake plenum, depending on engine. If you had a problem with stall at idle and a fault for excessive EGR flow the culprit would be loose carbon particles lodging in the EGR valve pintle and keeping it open. In either case the carbon needs to be physically removed, this would involve removing the intake manofold and or upper plenum Good Luck!
Q:when there is fire in the building, the solenoid valve is activated but what happen inside the cylinder actally?
If the pressure in any one zone is different than the other zones it could be one of two reasons; either the pressure is high (usually due to one or more sprinkler heads not poping up), or its low (usually due to a leak in the pipes). Something that could cause low pressure in all the zones are an obstruction in the water line above the valves (unlikely), or a hole in the line above the valve (the water would be filling the valve box and causing damage to the lawn wherever it is located), or leaks in all the lines (again would be easy to identify from the excess water in the ground at the source of the leak). Lastly the valve itself could potentially be faulty. The solenoid inside the valve holds the valve open when electricity is applied across it. If the wires to it are damaged; if the solenoid is bad; or if the valve has any rust or dirt inside that could cause a lower than normal amount of water flow.
Q:Can a clogged EGR regulator valve cause my car to stall out and die when it's idling at red lights? If I give it a little has it wakes the car up and keeps it from dying. One mechanic told me it was clogged up and that it can cause that issue. My boss says there's no way that's the problem... I say we've fixed cleaned or replaced just about everything else...Is this true or is the mechanic just trying to pocket a bit more $$??
No, there is no way a clogged EGR valve can cause the car to stall. The EGR valve is only supposed to open and allow flow when the engine is under load so if it's flow is stopped all the time it behaves no differently at idle than a new valve. HOWEVER, if the valve is dirty or carboned up and the valve is getting sticky and not closing all the way when it's supposed to then it can cause a stall. Do you know what kind of car it is? Update: It's a 2002 ford focus wagon These cars have a very common problem with stalling and it is usually caused by rotted out rubber elbows on the PCV valve vacuum lines. If you follow every inch of the PCV hard lines there will be at least two rubber fittings on either end of the system, poke your fingernail into the corners to see if they have gone soft and cracked.
Q:i have a valve seat pop out and it did some damage my question is can it be fixed i took it to a machine shop the guy look at me with a little confusion he said it cant be done anyone out there have another answer
It depends on the amount of damage. Before they relocated the oil cooler it blocked airflow to one cylinder and the exhaust valve ran hot. The valve guide wore, the valve started hitting the seat off center and the valve head would break off to bounce around inside the cylinder, often putting a hole in the top of the piston and dropping debris into the case. The cheapest solution was to find a used motor to put in. If there's no damage to the piston, you might be able to repair the head but that valve bouncing around usually does a fair amount of damage.
Q:So i was driving down the highway and my car just turned off. I turned the key but nothing. My lights were on and everything. I took it to a repair guy and he told me that the timing belt was broken, so i paid to have it fixed. Then he told me something about a compressioner or something, i paid for that, then he told me the valve was bent, so i was pissed and said i wouldn't pay. He was going to charge me about 550. I had already paid him about 250. and i think he was scamming me was I wrong? Does that sound right? Also how would I go about fixing?
check to see if the motor is a no-tolerance engine. You would bend a valve if you broke a timing belt. This is why Honda, Mitsubishi, and many others warn you to change the timing belt at about 60-75K miles. $250.00 for a timing belt installed is on the low side for cost.Call a dealer for the make of car and ask the service manager if the motor is a no-tolerance engine. If it is you will have more cost before the motor is running.
