Working Principle
The main working part of the PF Model Impact Crusher is high-speed rotating rotor with board hammer, the steering is the rotor plate hammer from the bottom up to the feeding hole material (the rotor of a hammer crusher makes the hammer strike the material along the direction of material falling). The material is impacted by a ladle, and it is thrown to the counterattack plate at the high speed, makes it subjected to second impact. Then it rebounds from the counterattack plate and is struck by the hammer again, repeat the above process. In the process of reciprocal impact, the material blocks are also collided with each other. Due to the material is hit by the board hammer, the impact of the counter plate and the collision between each other, makes the internal cracks and loosening are constantly produced, and finally the breakage is caused. When the mass of the material is broken to its size less than the gap between the hammer end and the counterattack plate, make the material unloaded from this gap.

- Hey Nick I don't quite understand your question, how do we keep track of each truck? We count them, we scale them, the type of material they are loaded with and the amount. Depending on the size of the truck it will dictate how much material is loaded into it. For most semi tractor-trailers it would be about 10-15 tons, about 20-30 thousand pounds. For a tandem dump truck half the amount, 5-6 tons 10-15 thousand pounds. Now each truck that comes through, their license plate numbers and the weight of their trucks are log in and when they go out the truck is weighed again and the two amounts are sub-tracked to get the amount of material that is in the truck, the amount is log and the driver or company is charged accordingly. We also do this for trucks that are dumping demo or dirt materials that has been removed from a work site, the only thing is some places don't have scales for when the trucks come to dispose back fill, but the trucks are still counted and charged by the loads for each load that is dumped.
