Q:What is the difference between protective film and sticker?
The original protective film can only protect the screen from scratches and pollutions for the period of time from delivery to use. It's not for regular protection for screen. And it won't work any more after using for a period of time. But sticker is different. Generally, sticker cover the whole product(generally, surface) to prevent dust and scratches. It has wear resistance and somewhat water proofness and quake proofness. But it also has disadvantages. There's a kind of specific glue on the it which makes it difficult to remove the sticker because some glue may remain on the surface of the products.
Q:How to tear off the protective film on the stainless steel security door?
The reason why you can't remove the film is that the outer film made from polyethylene material chemecally reacts with the surface paint of the door. And the film and the paint stick to each other. You can clean the film with some of the paint using thinners. But I think it doesn't affect too much.
Q:How many kinds of materials can be used to produce the protective film for flooring finish?
Commonly, the materials used in the protective film for flooring finish can be classified into: PE (polyethylene), PET (polyester), CPP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), OPP, etc. 1.PE films have many colors. The most common colors are transparent, blue, black and white, as well as milky. Apart from these, there are black, grey, green, yellow, orange, gold, red and so on. PET films are usually transparent, grey and golden. 2. Usually, CCP film is matte. It's a kind of film with foggy effect. 3. PVC film is often transparent. Apart from that, there's a kind of blue static film. 4. OPP film is generally transparent and adhesive. Among all, the types of PE film are the most including PE adhesive film, PE static film, PE textured film, PE stretch film and PE packaging film. The adhesion of such film can be classified into degrees from 5g to 270g; and the thickness, from 1.5C to 15C. The adhesion of the most widely used film is 5C. PET films can be divided into PET film with silica gel, matte PET film, three-layered PET film, Single-layered PET film, two-layered PET film and PET release film. PET protective films are usually used on the protection of a variety of screens. PET release films are often used in the punching of PET protective films in die cutting factories. The adhesion of most commonly used punching is 5C or 7.5C. And the adhesion of the most commonly used release film is 2.5C, 3.8C, 5C or 7.5C. PET color is generally transparent, gray, gold.
Q:What's the reason why watermarks are easy to appear on protective film of high adhesion?
NOTE: Standard protective film is anti-static. You can't feel it adhesive by hands. It's the only choice of high-class digital camera and digital vidicon. Some protective films on the market is very sticky because it's just a layer of plastic film coated with glue. There may be bubbles or watermarks on the screen after you cover it on the screen. The display effect will be very bad. And this kind of film is very difficult to remove. It's even more difficult to clean up the glue. Remember it: if you really cherish your cell phone, digital camera or digital vidicon,NEVER use this kind of film on it!
Q:I just bought a refrigerator. What to do before I use it? Do I need to tear off the protective film?
Don't do that because the film can keep your refrigerator well sealed.
Q:Do I need to tear off the protective films on household appliances?
Yes, you need to. It will be good to the heat dissipation of the appliances this way! And the visual effect is better this way too.
Q:The protective film on the handle of the household appliance is pressed too tight to tear it off. How to remove it?
Try to turn the metal bearer of the sofa or bed to the left at first. If it won't work, you can take a more detailed photo of it.
Q:How to clear the protective films on ceramic tiles?
When the tiling is finished and site cleaning begins, the film can be torn off. Removing the film too early may make it more troublesome to do the mopping. Tearing the film while cleaning saves time and energy.
Q:Is it okay not to tear off the protective film on the mirror stainless steel during laser cutting? How about the effect?
You'd better use laser film on stainless steel. Ordinary film can be easily blown away by the air generated during cutting, mobilizing the cutting piece. Generally, it's not necessary to tear off the covered laser film. Severe burn may be caused if the film is torn down. But there's one thing that you must pay attention to that the film can't be covered on the under side of the stainless steel.
Q:What to do when the protective film of Bayer sunlight plate cannot be torn?
Return the goods to the manufacturers and require them to exchange. It's the common sense about protective films.
