- you want to lower the bar just below your nipple line so the bar touches your chest at the bottom of your pectoral muscles but above your rib cage for peak power. To innervate your upper chest you want to do any kind of press or chest fly on an incline bench. Its not your pectoralis minor because that is underneath the pectoralis major stretching from your collar bone to your ribs.

But if the crime doesn't depend on your testimony, than the prosecutor can press charge if he wants to.

- It's part of their contract. The sponsors want more exposure and the sport wants more coverage. If the players are happy to take the prize money (even for losing 1st round) then they have to fulfill their part of the contract.

- I think all of your suggestion are worthy of a news release - possibly as a combined story. At the very least it will maintain your profile in the eyes of the media you send it to. Just remember the Who, What, Why, When, Where and Why when you are writing your release, and either include images or invite media to attend a photocall. For your local newspaper these things are probably very much of interest, but the higher up the media ladder you go the less chance you have of getting coverage.
