Ceramic Fibre Blanket Discription

Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).

1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.

2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.

3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

Ceramic fiber blanket, board, cloth and textiles are made from high quality clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth have a range of products:ordinary type, standard form,high-purity type, high-alumina type and containing zirconium type.Different types of products used  different materials. performance of ceramic fibre insulation blanket also has difference, and they are suitable for different workong temperatures.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth can be used after optional cutting .When ceramic fibre insulation blanket storage should be paid attention to moistureproof. The high-alumina type and containing zirconium type products can be directly used as furnace lining .And using high-temperature refractory adhesive when stick.

Q:You have two blankets: one thin comforter that is larger than the size bed you have, and one thick, warm one barely large enough to cover yourself with the perimeter of it being extra heavy. Now the question: Which would be warmer, the small blanket on top to weight down the bigger blanket, or the bigger blanket on top to cover where the cold air is being let in?Things to consider: changes in temperature overnight, tossing and turning messing up the blankets, comfort. Thanks for the responses.
It depends on the age of the chicks and how many there are, on what to doIf you only have one, you need to keep a heating pad under a blanket or a heating lamp on him at all timesIf you have more than one, and they have some feathers, you could probably get by with just a few blanketsDON'T PUT THE LID ON IT! The bird has lungs, and needs oxygen to survive.
Q:For my New Years resolution I am going to become a vegetarian,I wanted to ask can a Vegetarian eat the following things.Chicken Flavored or an other meat flavored Noodle or something like that.Dairy FishChicken, Beef, or Seafood Stock :D

Q:What is the best yarn money can buy?
Well, it does vary a bit by what you're doing with it, as someone else postedWhat you're making out of it will determine what's best, as well the technique you're using-the best yarn for knitting may not be the best yarn for weavingYou mentioned that you're looking for something soft and natural, but not itchy like woolHere's a run down of fibers other than wool: alpaca-super soft and fluffybamboo-super softSeriously, this stuff is awesome, and I would recommend itcotton-averageCotton is easy to work with, and gets softer with timeIt's also budget friendlylinen-stiffer, but softens with washing and timesilk-soft and luxuriousThere's a reason it's used for sheets and fancy lingeriecashmere-wool from goatsSofter and finer than traditional sheep woolvarious blends-most fibers can be blended together to create some very soft yarns, but texture and content will vary wildlyFor my money, I'd recommend silk or bamboo (or heck, go for broke and see if you can find a silk bamboo blend)Alpaca is also excellent, but I prefer plant fibers, and have found that you're less likely to experience allergies with plant fibers vs animal ones.
Q:I'm in dire need of additional insulation in my atticUpstairs is one large bedroom and it is always very hot or very coldThe current insulation is old and not even close to code - live in the kansas city areaThe insulation company recommended to blow in additional insulation on top of what I have and then take out the current insulation on the walls (craw space which is to the exterior) and put up batts or a bib (blown in blanket)The total costs was around $1,000 if I do BATTS insulation on the wallsBIBS (instead of Batts) on the walls was an additional $600Is BIBS worth the extra money? What should I do?
Bring the block of cream cheese to room temperature mix in a few cloves of mashed garlic.
Q:Is this a good turnout blanket ?
try cooking it longer but at a lower temperatureAlso make sure it's not too close to the heating element.
Q:Which is better, aluminum silicate insulation fiber and ceramic fiber blanket?
The two products use different environment, the insulation effect will be different.
Q:The knit stitch is kind of elastic.is there anything that doesn't stretch as much and isn't very difficult? I'm a beginnerWhat I'm making is a long, belt-like strap, that's like1 1/2 inches wide and it will be like 10 feet longI don't want it to have as much give as it would with a knit stitchAlso if you think I should use something other than the double cast on for this please speak up.
There's no need to get them cleanThings bake better on the darker surfaceYou could cover them with a sheet of parchment paper while baking to help keep them clean or buy the t-fal ones.
Q:I did an insulation lab and I'm suppose to try and figure out which material best insulate iceI used jeans, packing peanuts and wrapping foamWrapping foam has the least amount of ice melted so which means that in this lab the wrapping foam tells us that it's a better insulation than the other materials i usedI don't know why wrapping foam had the least ice melted so if any of you guys know why please explain to me how wrapping foam is a better material that insulates iceI would really appreciate for the helpThanks and i will reward 10pts for the best explanation.
i suggest you to use the Polystyrene foams which are good thermal insulators good luck!
