Yep necessary and proper clause- article I section 8. It gives congress the ability to have powers over more areas than were mentioned in the constitution explicitly, things the writers of the constitution could have never anticipated. It gives congress a more expanded power. This clause has already been found to give congress the power to regulate banking, establish post offices and raise military forces.

I would really prefer to have the power to make things disappear. Failing that, if I really had to make things appear, I would go down to the local food bank and make food appear. Lots of it. Then I'd go down to the blood bank and make blood appear, then the organ banks. Then I'd look for bigger ones and bigger ones until I was feeding everyone and supplying blood and organs to the whole world.

Do you ever use medication?? Or do you just trust God will heal you with any medical intervention? Do you not believe that God allows the advance in medicine so more people can be helped? Q:I have a camcorder which can be powered up without battery using AC/DC power adapter of 5V 2A. However, when i replace the power supply with powerbank of same supply of 5V 2A using usb converter which can convert the wire to fit into the adapter hole, it cannot be powered up. The power indicator lighted up for a second and off automatically. Why is this happens? Someone please help. thank you.

Try different USB cables. I've had cables that would charge my phone fine from its charger, but not from my power pack. Using a different cable that looked exactly the same worked.

No, unless you pay a overdraft protection premium, you have to have the money in to cover withdrawls.

Air conditioning compressors are poor candidates for battery power as they take a huge amount of amperage to start. Like the other person said, there is nothing to be gained from this unless the batteries are charged from something other than A/C power.
