Harnesses/etc. if you are going to be working high off the ground. Again - a lot of this depends on the job you are doing, you don't want to drag around a lot of extra junk unnecessarily, but it's amazing how often tossing a few extra tools in the truck is a godsend when things don't go as planned (i.e. the drywall guy gets there before you do).
