- If the sofa is saturated, looks like you'll have to buy a new sofa. My neighbor had to deal with the same thing. Her dog peed all over her sofa and all over the floor. Maybe try a fabric freshener and disinfectant things. Try seeing if a pet shop sells anything for that.

- Absolutely not, you wont like it and it would ruin the furniture. My mom just moved into an apartment and money is an issue for us to, but we found a sofa for 300 bucks. And we shopped around for almost 2 months. You could rent to own. Or you could purchase slip covers. Save your money and have them recovered. Where there is a will, there is a way. Personally, I dont come from a family with money so my chosen career is well, risky, but even if I didnt make enough to afford new things, Id have to get another job or something. Money is only an issue when you arent willing to work for it. And yes, you saw it on trading spaces. Hildi was absolutely nuts.

- Yes, you could have an ant colony in the sofa. The little buggers can set up shop pretty much anywhere. Some species of ants actually build their colonies in wood. In nature they prefer trees. Sometimes dead, sometimes not. But if your sofa has a wooden frame, they could decide that's good enough. If that really is where the ants are living, the best way to get rid of them is to get rid of the sofa.

- Well, Homer, if this is going to be your man room I think you should decide. I guess a lot depends on the amount of room you have, too. We have a lazy boy reclining sofa and love seat that hold 5 adults, which is nice if you are having the guys or family over and a pretty big coffee table. I don't know if you want a big, old chair for yourself or not. Are you going to get leather or cloth. I want to switch to leather just as soon as I get motivated, but it won't provide as much seating, I don't think. Enjoy whatever you choose.

- I really have this gorgeous enormous comfortable armchair which only about takes me prisoner. A pull of a lever will improve my ft at the same time as the decrease back relax is going down. on the acceptable of a tricky day that is the position I finally end up.

Closing down sale - money back is not an option.The sofa came - it's pretty uncomfortable although that I can deal with. - Yikes!!! I'm not going to be much of a help becuase I'm not sure of that one... But if worse comes to worse you could always put the sofa up for sale on OKorder or something like that..... getting your money (or maybe even more) back to buy a sofa you really like.

- You did say it was a guest BEDROOM, did you not? If you want your guests to be comfortable, I'd go with a real bed. So much more comfortable than a sofa bed or futon!
