- If you have activated that app, then you can track it via the Internet or send SMS commands to it(I don't think Samsung supports that.) the best bet is to get the IMEI number. You will find it written outside on the box that the phone came in. So even if somebody changes it's SIM or even formats it, the IMEI will givre the police his location. If your Ace is a Duos model, (Dual SIM), it has 2 IMEI numbers. Give both of them for better probability of finding.
