 Introduction:

The comprehensive technical performance and economic indicator of PP-R are much better than galvanized pipe, UPVC pipe, polyethylene-aluminum compound pipe, PE-X (cross-linked polyethylene) and polybutylene pipe etc. For this reason PP-R is the leading products and widely used for feed-water piping in developed countries in Europe and America.

German Standard DIN8077 and DIN8078.

Nowadays PPR pipes win more attention and have been used all over the whole world more widely with its excellent sanitization performance, high heat resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance, pliability and seismic performance which make PP-R the real environmental friendly pipe.

Application:

1) Cold / hot water supply facilities for public buildings
2) Food, chemical, electronic industry pipeline networks; Such as
Pipeline networks for transporting all kinds of corrosive liquids
3) Drinking water production system pipeline networks; Such as
Pure water and mineral water
4) Air conditioning facility pipelines
5) Compressed gas pipeline networks for industry
6) Pipeline networks for swimming pools
7) Pipeline networks for solar energy facilities
8) Agriculture and garden production transporting systems

Q:What are the different end types available for plastic tubes?
Some common end types for plastic tubes include open ends, closed ends, threaded ends, flanged ends, and snap-on or twist-on caps. These end types serve different purposes depending on the intended use of the plastic tube.
Q:How do plastic tubes compare to metal tubes in terms of strength and durability?
Plastic tubes generally have lower strength and durability compared to metal tubes. Metal tubes are known for their superior strength and ability to withstand heavy loads, high pressures, and extreme temperatures. They are highly resistant to bending, breaking, and deformation. On the other hand, plastic tubes are more prone to cracking, breaking, and being deformed under stress. While plastic tubes may be suitable for lighter applications, metal tubes are preferred when strength and durability are critical factors.
Q:Can plastic tubes be easily labeled or branded?
Yes, plastic tubes can be easily labeled or branded. They provide a smooth surface that allows for clear and durable printing of logos, text, or any other desired branding elements. Additionally, various labeling techniques such as adhesive labels, screen printing, or direct printing methods can be used to customize and brand plastic tubes efficiently.
Q:What are the advantages of using plastic tubes in the food and beverage industry?
There are several advantages of using plastic tubes in the food and beverage industry. Firstly, plastic tubes are lightweight, making them easy to handle and transport. Additionally, plastic tubes are resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and moisture, ensuring that the integrity of the food and beverage products is maintained. Plastic tubes also offer excellent barrier properties, preventing the entry of contaminants and maintaining the freshness of the products. Furthermore, plastic tubes are cost-effective compared to other materials, and they can be easily customized in terms of size, shape, and color to meet specific industry requirements. Overall, plastic tubes provide convenience, durability, and safety, making them a preferred choice in the food and beverage industry.
Q:Homemade water cooling fan, plastic pipe, the effect well?
I think if it is to own a water-cooled fan DIY excellent, I have to consider some additional factors, such as the extent of damage to the strength of the plastic pipe after aging, and if damaged, the cooling liquid my material will cause what kind of damage to the machine itself, which can minimize the damage to control in the controllable range.
Q:How do plastic tubes compare to polycarbonate tubes in terms of impact resistance?
Polycarbonate tubes have higher impact resistance compared to plastic tubes.
Q:The difference between metal hose and corrugated plastic pipe
Some corrosive, high-pressure liquids, gases, etc can be taken. Plastic corrugated pipe is also a wide range of more common for drainage.
Q:You've seen cans of Pet or Carnation Evaporated Milk in stores, right? Why would anyone buy milk that evaporated, how can the stores get away with selling it? Can't people buy milk that's still around that you can see? This Crazy Glue that is so strong it holds a man up in mid air who wears a steel hat that's glued to a steel beam. Remember that ad? How is it the glue doesn't stick to the inside of the plastic tube it comes in?
I think you will find this answer in the same place you'll find the answer to this one...Why don't they call a cow that has had a Hysterectomy a de-calf-inated cow?
Q:I have my sink clogged and I really wonder that I can use the drain opener to clear it off. My concern is that the sinks have plastic tubes. Will pouring the drain opener through them be harmful?
That plastic pipe is pretty sturdy stuff. And the chemical companies aren't staffed by idiots, they know lots of sinks have plastic drains. They test that stuff before they sell it. Be aware that some drain openers work by getting hot; that WILL affect those plastic pipes. The labeling will say whether the chemical opener does that. But before you go pouring money down the drain, have you tried plunging the sink? It's cheaper. For the price of a gallon of chemical opener, you can buy a decent plunger just for the sink. And unlike the chemical opener, you get to use it more than once. That's smart money. And finally, for the price of TWO gallons of chemical opener, you can buy a drain snake. And again, you get to use it more than once. Believe it or not, the drain snake is a lot less destructive to your pipes (talking about metal pipes, now) than the chemicals. Yes, you have to deal with whatever nasty gunk comes out of the pipes - not a big deal. You have to go to the bathroom on a regular basis, too, and you've probably been able to deal with that for quite some time. This isn't as bad as that. Good luck with it.
Q:I have a little bit of a project. I'm trying to figure a way to cool a pair of water filled tubing lines. I was thinking to wrap it with some type of cooling device but not quite sure what to use. Can you guys give me some ideas? I want to cool the lines as cool as refrigerator temps. Thanks.
You have not said how much heat you need to disperse - whether it needs to be a continuous process or not. You have not mentioned whether the lines are flexible or what length they are! However, without making things too complicated, if you use a longish length of plastic tubing, you could coil them and run them through a bucket full of an ice/salt/water mixture. Depending on how fast the water is moving through the tubes, if you had a strong mixture of salt and ice - with just enough water in the bucket to allow conduction - you might be able to freeze the water in the tubes - which is probably NOT what you want to do. So experiment before the performance.
