T-Mobile phones are not compatable with Page Plus. Page Plus uses Verizon phones. Page Plus does not use sim card with their phones. You will need to buy a Verizon phone that works with Page Plus. Then you will have to call/contact Page Plus and have them Port your phone number with T-Mobile to Page Plus. You may want to contact Page Plus and see if they will port a phone number from T-Mobile, before you buy a phone.

Q:I am trying to cancel my Virgin Mobile account because I am planning on selling that phone. I have already gotten a new phone and the VM one has just been sitting around. I tried calling 1-888-322-11-22 but I don't know where to go from there.

Virgin Mobile is a prepaid service. That means if you don't pay your bill at the end of your billing cycle it automatically cancels and closes your account. You do not need to contact them. There are no fees if you cancel or don't pay your bill. Your service would be terminated and your account will be closed. So after that you can just sell your phone. When the person buys your used phone they would have to reactivate the phone and have a new phone number and account.

Q:How could I get Picture off of my Virgin Mobile phone without them going through my virgin mobile account and costing me money?????

Unfortunately, Virgin Mobile practically forces you to make them go to a picture message because the ability to use data cables on Virgin Mobile phones have been disabled. However, if you have a Shuttle or a Slider Sonic, photos can be transferred onto a MicroSD card from your phone and then into your computer (this makes picture messaging not required to get your pictures onto your computer) If you don't have a Slider Sonic or a Shuttle, then you MUST send your photos in a picture message to get them onto a computer. Bluetooth will not work either :-( Hope this helps :-)

Q:I have a T-Mobile Shadow. It's old and beat up and I got it in about 2008. I think Its due for an upgrade but I don't know which phones I can get for it. I really want the HTC HD2. I was wondering if I could upgrade to that phone for free or if it would cost anything. Or any other phone for that matter. Preferably a touch screen phone, its just easier.

You need to go to the T-Mobile website and sign into your account or if you haven't set up an online account, do so. All cell phone carriers have their sites set up that will show you 1. If you qualify for an upgrade. 2. How much this upgrade will cost. For instance: Sprint lets me get an upgrade every year. Some phones are absolutely free and some I would have to pay a small fee ( such as a 300. phone I might only pay $50). Also, Sprint will let me upgrade after 6 months however, the credit I get is less. At 6 months, I get $50 and then at 8 months $75 and so on.) If you are not computer savvy and cannot find how to do this on your own, call T-Mobile. They will gladly and willingly direct you to their sales department and tell you what you qualify for. Check if the messages you didn't read are marked as read. Also I think there is a way to view your Internet history, but for every phone there is another way. For the other stuff, I can just shrug my shoulders. If you could discover the last activities, it would take to much memory.

Hi Lawson The T-mobile phone is sim locked, what that means is that the phone will only work with a T-Mobile sim. Depending on the model and make of the phone, there are different ways you can go about unlocking the phone to work with the att sim. You can get the subsity code for free from T-Mobile if you have an current account with them and have been with them at least 90 days. If you do, phone them, request the code, reason is that you will be travelling out of country and want to use that contrys sim. If you do not have a t-mobile account, find a freind that does and have them call. Without you listing the make and model, I can not tell you other ways you might go about getting it unlocked

No it does not cost money to use wifi on your phone. The only thing you will have to pay for with wifi is the wifi router and your normal internet bill.
