Excellent film adhesion

The coating layer is manufactured with fine porous surfaces so as to be high in surface vitality and be very excellent in film adhesion without phosphate treatment.

Excellent corrosion resistance

The surface layer is finer and harder than electrically galvanized steel sheets by using a hot-dip coating method so as to be excellent in white rust resistance at constant temperature and humidity as well as in red rust resistance. Especially, the adhesion with paint is good so as to be very excellent in paint corrosion resistance.

Excellent powdering resistance

This is manufactured in a short time heating and long time heat treatment method so as to be very excellent in powdering resistance.

Diverse mechanical property and high formability

The passing length of heating, crack and cooling zone of furnace before coating is made longer than the existing equipment so as to secure diverse mechanical property and high formability so that diverse desires of consumers can be satisfied.

Beautiful appearance

The flatness equal to the cold rolled steel sheet was realized by completely removing unevenness in the surface layer occurring during iron-zinc alloy using a temper rolling mill of high pressure load ratio after coating. Besides, this has no spangle and has a white gray color similar to EGI so as to be very beautiful in appearance

Corrosion resistance

The improved corrosion resistance of 55% AI-Zn alloy-coated steel coils is derived from the unique combination of the barrier protection of the aluminum and the sacrificial protection of the zinc. The formation of an insoluble aluminum oxide layer provides the barrier protection while the zinc provides a sacrificial protection at cut edges, scratches and areas of coating damage. Outdoor exposure testing of 55% AI-Zn alloy-coated steel onus has been conducted for over 20 years in various atmospheric environments. This testing also demonstrated a superior cut edge protection of 55% AI-Zn alloy-coated steel sheet than the galvanized steel sheet.

Heat resistance

Similar to the aluminum coated steel sheet that can resist high temperature oxidation, 55% AI-Zn alloy-coated steel sheet demonstrates better resistance to high temperature than the galvanized steel sheet.Benlog 55% AI-Zn alloy-coated steel sheet can be used in temperatures up to 315ºC.

Heat transmission and reflectivity

55% AI-Zn alloy-coated steel coil has a high reflectivity value making it an effective barrier against heat.

Surface Treatment:

Chromate treatment,Oiled or Anti-finger print

Surface Finished:

REGULAR SPANGLE:

Regular spangle is also called normal spangle which is naturally formed without any additional treatment during galvanizing.

MINI SPANGLE:

The spangle is restrained and formed as mini spangle by reducing the lead content in the zinc liquid or by blowing the zinc powder from the equipment installed on the zinc pot.

EXTRA SMOOTH:

The mini spangle is further skin-passed to produce the extra smooth surface

Q:What is the difference between steel and iron?
Steel is a refined, alloyed metal that is mostly iron. Iron, in a chemistry sense os simply Fe. In an industrial sense iron is pig iron commonly saturated with carbon, up to 4.5% and has other impurities like sulfur. Pig iron is brittle and should break rather easily, and bend very little. After a piece is broken look at the crystal structure, you should see rather small crystals. Most steel made for car body's, washing machines, file cabinets, low grade bolts and nuts etc. should flex and bend before breaking. Most steel made for things like cutting tools, axles, etc, is hardened and will chip and break rather than bend. Also you can try to heat the piece to a glowing orange temperature. It must be very hot. Cool it. If there is a lot of white flake scale on the piece it is impure and probably iron of some sort. In the end the only way exactly tell is have an analysis done and look at the chemistry.
Q:Will lava melt steel?
Standard steel melts around 1400-1500 C. Erupting lava can be as hot as 1600 C. There are various types of steel with different melting points though, and the temperature of lava varies widely, so your question can't really be answered definitively. Some lava is definitely hot enough to melt steel though, so you are right and your friend is wrong. :)
Q:is CS material is comes under Mild steel? any difference?
CS is a noxious gas that I have tasted. If it is spec mild steel then do so.
Q:what material could replace iron or steel?
Iron and steel has, in lots of cases, been replaced by Aluminium and its alloys. Titanium and composite (Carbon reinforced resin) materials are also used where weight saving and non bending strength is required. Many of these types of materials are expensive and as iron ore is readily available it will be some time before it is replaced on a wide basis. Many other materials are not good where higher temperatures are concerned however there is an increasing use of ceramics being used for say stove tops. Hope this helps.
Q:What are the components of Stainless Steel?
The stainless steel is a family of ferrous alloys containing at least 11% chromium. The effect of this amount of chromium in steel in reducing corrosion is dramatic. There are many grades of stainless steels. By varying the chemical composition, heat treating, and cold-working, a wide range of properties is achieved. There are three types of precipitation hardening stainless steels: *martensitic types, which are supplies in the martensitic condition, are hardened by a simple aging treatment of the fabricated part. *Semi austenitic types, which are supplied in the austenitic condition, are transformed to martensite by special heat treatment before precipitation hardening. *the austenite in the austenitic types is precipitation hardened directly. The heat treatments of precipitation-hardening stainless steels are chosen to optimize mechanical properties. Precipitation hardening generally results in a slight increase in corrosion susceptibility and an increased susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement.
Q:Can cold rolled galvanized steel coils be acid washed after oxidation?
Rolling at room temperature is generally understood as cold rolling, from a metallurgical point of view, below the rolling temperature at which the roll is rolled
Q:where did WTC steel go?
some of the steel was recycled into a warship. I am not sure at what you are trying to get at with the forensic analysis of the steel. There is no conspiracy involving the towers outside of planes crashing into them despite what a lunatic fringe want you to think.
Q:quinching steel... hardening?
boy what a though question ! let me explain. when you rapidly cool a steel from high temperatures(depending on steel type) with water or oil or other means , it is called quenching. it depends on the steel type to say if it is better to quench it with oil or water but basically in water you will have a harder steel rather than oil. for some steels if you do this you will ruin it's properties ! you can't totally tell what kind of steel do you have until you get it analyzed with Quantometer analyzer with a pocket knife it is more like an estimation and it can't be trust able generally if you can scratch the steel with your knife it means it is not a hard steel and it might not be expensive. I hope that helps but for more information i need to know more !
Q:what is the density of stainless steel?
Density Of Stainless Steel
Q:Help with Steel and Iron please?
alloy is a mixture of multiple metals or some other elements. like some steel is mixed with carbon and iron so that alloy is more hard than the pure iron. some of them is mixed with aluminium and iron. that's all depends on the requirement.
