NSF Polynaphthalene Sulphonate is made of Naphthalene sulfonated by strong Sulfuric, consensated by Formaldehyde, neutralized by liquid alkali. The main chemical components is Sodium salts of sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensates, It is a type of non-air entraining superplasticizer.

Technical Performance Index:

1.  Appearance: Brown Powder.

2.  Recommended dosage: 0.5%-1.0% of cement quantity.

3.  Water-reducing rate: 15%-25%.

4.  Air content: ≤ 3%.

5.  Weeping rate: ≤ 90%.

6.  Ratio of compressive strength is 150% in 3D strength,120%-140% in28D strength.

7.  ratio of shrinkage: ≤ 135%.

Construction:

1.  It should be mixed with warm water to density 25%-35%, then mix with concrete with water it needed, also we can mix the powder with cement first, then mix with water, sand and stone when concreting.

2.  The recommended dosage is 0.5%-0.7% when concrete strength below C40, 0.7%-1.0% when above C40. When it is only for improve workability, the dosage can be 0.3%-0.5%.
