- Dumbells Dumbells Dumbells, lift using dunbells ONLY you'll see a huge difference. Dumbells isolate the muscle. Flat, incline and decline dumbell bench. Bench press with straight bar does not isolate and there's tricks you can use to get the weight up like bouncing the bar etc. If you do chest heavy on Mondays do a cutting routine on Friday or Saturday, cutting will sculpt your pecs. Like cable crossovers Fly mach. do 1/2 the weight double the reps. I had no pecs, now I have a chest plate! so I know this works great! Good Luck

- The slow down will come from the lack of accelerator pressing not the braking. The clutch is not needed until speed drops to the point where a lower gear is needed. Half of newer drivers on this forum want to use the clutch too much, half can't use a clutch at all.

- regrettably you could't use floor espresso from the food market, or maybe espresso you grind in a well-known espresso grinder for a French Press because of the fact the grind would be too wonderful. As you spoke of, the guidelines for the clicking inform you to apply coarse-floor beans and the only thank you to truly get a uniform grind is to apply a Burr Grinder ... and that they are not low-fee. the stable information is for you to use your French Press for tea (utilising tea luggage or complete loose leaves).
- Q:can i press charges on someone who was harassing me through facebook? This person wasn't really saying anything mean to me...he was just apologizing for something that he had done and kept insisting me to forgive him.. nically, it is harassing I did a police report on June 1, 2011 and they asked if I wanted to press charges, but i said no, not at this time.The last message i received from this person was on may 22nd, 2011 saying that he was gonna leave me alone since i never responded to his messages. - no. well, you COULD press charges, but seeing as all he wanted was to apologize and he left you alone and never bothered you again you would probably lose. i mean, he's not harrassing you ANYMORE, which is big. and hell, FB messages can simpyl be deleted without even reading them, hence simply messaging over FB isn't harrassment at all. Plus if it's just revenge for the thing he did then any 2 bit lawyer would point that out and you can be countersued for harrassing HIM with a frivolous lawsuit and abusing the justice system :P.

- Q:I heard from someone that bench-pressing works out the triceps (well, as well as many other muscles), but how much does it work them out? A bit? A lot? I'm asking this because I want to know whether or not I should do tricep workouts on top of bench pressing. I really hate working them out, but if bench pressing works them out by a significant amount then that would be all I need :)
- Bench pressing works out your triceps but not that much. You should still do separate workouts for your triceps. Everyone thinks the secret to big arms is big biceps but it's triceps. I spent more time in Iraq then I wanted to and 6 days out of each week there was spent in the gym during my down time so I know what I'm talking about.
