Q:What grind, and kind of coffee to use for French press?
The most IMPORTANT thing to know regarding coffee made in a French press: you need LARGE particles of a uniform size for your coffee to turn out right. A high-quality grinder is your best bet--you can get the beans ground at the shop, or buy whole beans and grind them yourself. Smaller coffee particles lead to more dust, foam in the coffee and sludge in the bottom of your cup. Try to only grind as much as you can use in 2-3 days. I grind my coffee every day, use it and then grind more as needed. I have a French press, though do not use it every single day. I enjoy the flavor of the coffee, and sometimes will make a pot if it is to be enjoyed with the meal, such as brunch, but during the busy week, a coffee-maker with a timer is what I use most often. (With beans ground as I set the pot up the night before.) I often make coffee throughout the day if I am home, and use the French press then.
Q:How to increase max bench press?
Get a strong spotter. And do the heaviest weights you can possibly bench. Even if it means only doing one rep. Get in the rep, and take a break. This causes you to strain and push your muscles to their max. It makes more tissue tear, but when it repairs/heals, you will have bigger and stronger muscles. But I must say, don't get too carried away because it can be very risky.
Q:pressing my fingers on guitar chords?
You are probably pressing too hard with the thumb. You really shouldn't need to apply any pressure with the thumb in most cases. Your fingers alone should be able to press the strings down. You need to experiment with the exact amount of pressure to use to fret each string to get rid of this habit. It actually requires very little pressure to fret a string unless you have really high action or use a larger string gauge.
Q:Pressed Vs. Loose Powder?
I also use liquid foundation and I use to use the pressed powder, but noticed over time it merely smeared my liquid cover up and oil from my face caused it to harden so now i use the loose powder.it goes on easier and lasts longer in my opinion.
Q:Biceps and Press-ups?
Anything with a pressing motion will hit the chest and triceps muscles. If you are looking to work your biceps, do motions where it involves pulling.
Q:Pressed powder!?:) 10 points!(:?
If you have oily skin what dermatologists recommend is wearing loose powder. Now, I have oily skin and don't wear foundation, so what I do is: I apply an oil-free primer, then sunscreen, then loose powder with a brush. Touch-ups with NARS pressed powder but BEFORE I do that I blot off excess oil from my skin with blotting papers. That's the reason they recommend a loose powder, because using a sponge from a compact on oily skin can be, well just plain gross, as you are smearing the oil across your face and that stays on the sponge, but if you blot off the oil first and then for touch-ups you blot on the pressed powder (instead of swiping) you should be fine. I make sure to replace the sponges often too.
Q:My tummy and back hurt when i press on it, what could be wrong?
It could be a number of things....a pin pinched nerve, a kidney infection, (if female) an ovarian cyst. If it continues you need to see dr.
Q:Question about cookie dough and cookie press?
chilled but not too cold
Q:PRESSED POWDER QUESTION!!?
I have EXTREMELY oily skin. Most powders don't work for me high end or drugstore. MAC has to be among the worst. Does nothing for oil control if you are truly oily and it oxidizes, clogs my pores and breaks me out. The only powders that I've found to work are: -Jurlique Rose Silk finishing powder -Jurlique Citrus Silk finishing powder -CoverFX Matte FX oil absorbing powder -Youngblood Minerals Organic Rice powder (loose or pressed) -Origins Silk Screen powder -Tarte Micronized Clay finishing powder with pm20 These all keep me matte over 6 hours on a very hot/humid day. Most powders that I tried before these only lasted half an hour or an hour at most so this is amazing. They're also never broken me out or irritated me. They look/feel natural, never cakey or setting into pores/lines. When I use Boscia oil free Daily Hydration SPF15 or Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean oil control lotion followed by PLAIN milk of magnesia + Skindinavia No More Shine before foundation and powder or before just powder, I remain matte all day no matter how hot/humid, not even one touch up necessary.
Q:Pressing charges question?
The law is afraid that the perp will kill you in advance of your court date. (or you'll accept a bribe from them drop the case)(or they'll give you a reach around for cash return 'favors')
