Q:how do buildings circulate energy?
The answer depends upon the type of solar energy captured . Photovoltaic Solar Panels convert the energy into electricity. This electricity is ran throughout the building via wires. Thermal Solar Panels typically capture the energy in the form of heat. The hot water is circulated through the building in water pipes.
Q:Question about solar panels?
One key piece of information missing is the average number of peak sun hours per day. This will vary by location. It is latitude, regional weather, and site shading must be considered. Another consideration is the loses. The 60 watt solar panel is a DC voltage. The 2300 kWh is for the AC power consumed. There are loses in the inverter to change the electricity from DC to AC. There are also loses for wire resistance, soiling of the panels, wire resistance, etc. To work out an example of the math, I'll use 5 peak sun hours and a total efficiency of 80%. The math can be worked out as a single formula but I'll break it into steps for you. (2300 kwh/month)(month/30.4 days) = 75.65 kWh/day (60 W)(5 psh)(80%) = 240 Wh/day = 0.24 kWh/day/panel # of panels needed = Energy use / Energy generated (75.65 kWh/day) / (0.24 kWh/day/panel) = 36 panels.
Q:architecture and solar panels?????????????
They aren't considered attributes - electrical solar panels are expanses of gray and aluminum covered with glass and water heating panels are expanses of black covered with glass. To cover the cost of investment they must be mounted at the best angle for the location and climate throughout the year and therefore may dictate the form of the roof (if sloped as on residences) or may not be visible in an architectural sense (if positioned on a flat roof of a commercial building.) No matter where placed, provision has to be made for safely accessing them for repair and maintenance.
Q:solar panels for my home.?
Either you, or someone else, asked this same question yesterday, and the answers given were that it is not possible for us to answer it. The costs depend on where your home is located, what prevailing local labor rates are, how difficult it is to get the equipment to the site, etc, etc. I think one of the answers was that for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house the cost for all the necessary equipment listed would be in the neighborhood of 20 to 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I think that was an underestimate, and that it could be 40 to 50 THOUSAND!!!!! The answerer also pointed out that due to the exorbitantly high costs of the technical equipment that at this time the equipment will wear out BEFORE IT EVER CAN PAY FOR ITSELF IN SAVINGS for on the grid electricity. I agree with that. You need to discuss your wants with 3 or 4, even 5 or 6 LOCAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS to get a reasonably accurate estimate of the costs!!!!!!
Q:Power tester for solar panel?
They're called...Electric Testers, or Voltage Testers, or whatnot, they don't really have a special name in my experience. Just go to your local hardware store and buy one.
Q:how to design a solar panel to store energy and convert it into electrical energy?
solar panels change light into electricity, and do NOT store power. You need a solar panel capable of enough power to keep the light on all night. And that may be 6 hours of sun and 2 hours of dark. Then you need a set of batteries large enough to hold that energy. And a charge controller to regulate the charge into the batteries. And then a light that will operate on the battery voltage, say 2 volts. This is probably not practical due to the large solar panel required, and the large batteries. But here is a few numbers. Assume a 00 watt light at 2 volts. Assume you get at least 6 hours of sun every day and the light will be on for 2 hours. That means the battery has to store 00*2=200 watt hours. divide by 2 and that is 00 amp-hours, a large auto battery size. Allowing for 20% losses in the battery and circuitry, that means you nee 400 watt hours from the solar panel. Since it has 4 hours to operate, that means it has to deliver 400/4 = 350 watts at 5 volts. So there it is: 350 watt panel 00 amp hour battery charge controller sized for above 00 watt light. If you have to allow for a day with no sun, then you need more batteries. Two nights means 2400 watt-hours, two batteries, a larger charge controller and a 2800/4 = 700 watt panel. cost: $400 for batteries $200 for charge controller $2000 for panel .
Q:What are the supplies needed in a solar panel field?
There I think you can find lots of info on the internet. I hope this helps you get going.
Q:What does solar panel output refer to?
Solar panels are rated under standard test conditions (STC), a certain amount of light at a certain distance, at a certain temperature, etc. A kW, or kilo watt, is 000 watts. So for the amount of time that the sun meets those conditions, the rate of output is 500 watts. An average location has an average of 5 sun hours a day, the total time that you produce the rated output. Watts is a rate, like miles per hour (mph), how fast it is going. Watt hours, or kilo watt hours (kwh) is a quantity, like miles. So if you drive 50 mph for 5 hours, you went 250 miles (50 mph x 5 hours). If you produce .5kw for 5 hours, you have the potential to produce 7.5kwh a day. Multiply that by 30 days in a month, you get 225kwh a month. In reality you will lose about 30% of the rated power from less than ideal weather, system losses, etc., so it's more like 50kwh a month. You can look at your electric bill to see how many kwh you use a month, maybe around 000kwh, and see what percentage of your usage a system like that can power.
Q:how to make your own solar panel?
I do not have the skills to make my own solalr panles even if I want to try it. I see the answer above but cannot understand it. I bought my solar panels from OKorder and it works for me quite well.
Q:are solar panels worth buying?
