Molecular Sieve 3A

Molecular sieve 3A is mainly used in adsorbing water, any molecular greater than 3A can not be adsorbed.

According to the analysis of it's  characteristics, our  technology and quipments were improved, so that  the products wo supply can adsorb water effectively and use longer.

Q:how is cement prepaed? what are the uses and different types of cement?
I've been in exactly the same situation. We live on the edge of nowhere and can't get delivered concrete. We poured our greenhouse floor, using Portland premix cement and a mixer. Our mixer is slightly smaller than yours. We used extra water in the mix so it would stay workable longer. Bad idea! The floor did fine until the first winter. It then split, chipped cracked and, well, you get the picture. We ended up redoing it. The second time we divided the floor into three sections. Each section had its own small 3/8 rebar web placed 2 above ground in a 4 floor. We supported the web by driving 10 pieces of 3/8 rebar into the ground and wire to hold the web to them. Lastly, on the sides where the adjoining sections would go, we used 1 x 6 pieces of redwood. We drilled them and ran rebar through to the web – leaving 2' sticking out for attaching the new sections. That piece sticking out was attached to the next section's rebar web. It has been there for several years now, and has no cracks at all. Our temperatures range from 105°F in summer to -40°F in winter. I put a link in to show how to determine how many cubic yards of concrete you'll need. Good luck!
Q:What are the aspects of General Cement in storage and storage?
moisture-proof moisture, must pay attention to moisture
Q:Hello All, I have had fixed dark brown tiles on my bathroom floor, however the guys did a bad job at it, and i can see the white cement in beween the tiles.. and its actually making the whole pattern look bad.. I was wondering if there was any way I could kind of colour the cement filling in between the tiles so that it blends with the colour of the tiles... ?Also any suggestions for removal of cement stains off these tiles? PLEASE Help, i am really in a mess here.
If as you say, the the job is of a poor finish you can rake out the joints using a flat head screwdriver when this has been done thoroughly clean the surface. You can purchase coloured waterproof grout from most DIY or hardware stores. If the grout is in powder form then you will need to put water into a container first, then add the powder stirring as you add it until it is of a thick creamy cosistency. Pour this over the tiles and using a rubber squeegy (the type you would use for cleaning your windows) spread the mix and ensure it goes into each tile joint. If it dries quickly then deal with it approximately 1 sq yard at a time. using a sponge and a bucket of water, clean off the excess grout and rub dry with a clean cloth. This should give you a good finish! As for the removing the cement stains this can be removed using a paint scraper and a scouring pad. Note this should be done prior to you preparing the above for grouting. Good luck.
Q:I have tried a mixture of cement, quarry powder and rubble for concrete and the strength is extremely good. I want to know if this is a safe procedure in terms of lasting life.
You mentioned that you have tried a mixture od cement, quarry powder and rubble for mixing concrete and you found that the strength is extremely good. In the building industry, good strength is confirmed by producing 6 inch test cubes and when they have set after 7 days and 14 days, they are crushed to failure with their strength recorded. And not guage by feel. Also the Cement:Sand and granite mixture comes in many different batches for different types of works. For high strength concrete the 1:2: 4 mix is used (for column and load bearing structures) other mixes 1:3:6, or 1:5:8 for low strength structures or fillers. The sand and granite used must also follow a certain grading of different sizes mainly to fill up the voids among the particles to provided good bonding of the cement paste. In conclusion, if you are concreting load bearing structures, you should get the professionals to do it. Else you may one day be sleeping under some fallen concrete structures. That will be too late.
Q:I have an old concrete brick structure with cement floor, with high tin roof all in good shape. I would like to add a restroom in it. How can I securely build a wall? It's my first time trying this type of project, so I was wondering if I have to break up the floor to anchor the wall. Thank you.
It all depends on the builder, and the part of the country. Where there is cold weather in the winter, you will find houses built with better insulation Whether or not a house has brick on the outside, is up to the builder, and often the buyer. If he orders it as a trim, the price is raised by the builder. Many homes are built with a stucco exterior. I have found them in California, Florida, and Texas.. and Arizona. It holds up to the element of heat, better than wood siding. All brick homes are well known in Texas. They serve to insulate the houses there, and holds in the coolness. All homes have air conditioning there. Swamp coolers are refrigeration with a water hose that makes a cooling breeze. Just the same, but the cost is much less than an A/C unit. So brick houses are not the commono dwelling, and where you find them, they are usually much more expensive that a wooden shake and shingle home.
Q:cement effluents
I okorder /. It is an extensive site. A search on cement effluents turned up over 3,500 results.
Q:All I can find is on Wikipedia, but I need more than that!I would be really grateful!!Thank you!
You are looking at lime based mortar and concrete (opus siginum to the Romans). I have used ordinary builders lime, dry in bags, and mixed it as you would with cement 5:1, and let it rest for around 24 hours before use. the great thing about lime based mortar is that when it begins to go hard, you can add more water and mix it again without loss of strength as would be the case with O.P.C. It does take a long time to set, weeks if the weather is cold and wet but the resulting mortar is very good for stone and soft brick as it will allow the structure to move and settle, also when frost freezes the water in the wall, it is the lime mortar that is blown out, not the stone or brick.
Q:Is there a defoamer for building cement? What is it? Is there an introduction?
It is suitable for defoaming under strong base conditions
Q:Hi~My husband is converting our attached garage into a living room. There is a crack down the middle of the cement floor and has caused it to heave a little. There are spots that the floor is uneven. He had planned on making a subfloor above the cement and then laying our new carpet. In the spring there is moisture in there, so now he thinks he needs to rip all the cement and start over. Is that really necessary? Is there some moisture barrier that can be put on the cement? I am not concerned about the uneveness. I think the carpet will hide that. He is a perfectionist and wants everything done right but I don't think its a big deal. Ny concern is the moisture and what to do for that. Thank You
A moisture problem needs to be solved first. You cannot just cover it. Usually most water problems can be resolved by digging a trench all around the garage and install drain tile and fill it with drain rock and cap it with gravel. You stated this is an attached garage, so maybe you house has NO perimeter drain ? Then you need to solve this problem too.
Q:There was a fire and the beam burned at the end that rest on the cement block. I want it to be solid when the new beam goes on.
it should be grouted solid, so if there are no visable cracke you should be ok...if its not grouted , fill it before you set a new beam to strenghten it...
