Well whenever I would use a tanning bed I would do the level 2.Some places dont go by levels however.But it would go up to 12 minutes.When ever I used a 20 minute bed I would get more pink with a 9 or 12 minute bed I would get brown.It all depends on the bed though.good luck and make sure you wear a lotion!

Can't see frame bed

Q:My lower back has been hurting and having a weird uncomfortable feeling that goes around to my sides. Its kinda sore like feels as though my muscles are pulling when I bend over. When I stand it feels like pressure on it but when I apply pressure it feels better. I find it weird. I was in a major car.accident 9 months ago and th back pain just started 2 months ago. I do realize when I sleep on a sodter pillow top mattress I don't have as much pain but when I sleep on my firm hard 8 yr old mattress I have more pain/uncomfortable feeling throughout the day and stifness when I get out of bed. Can this all be the Problem. I'm just afraid its something else and can't really afford healthcare.

Yes, soft bed and hard bed mattress is the difference! ! The so-called hard bed, a set of 6 rings round the spring, is the bed sets may be directly above it! ! Or add a hard brown! Soft beds, the inner sleeve may be 6 rings round spring, pocket spring may also be independent, and can have a few centimeters above the high-density foam, latex or memory foam! Then the above may be inter-thick cotton, this effect is absolutely out of that than the previous one is 6 rings round the soft spring, but the price is much higher absolute, you say it can help people all fall into the trap may be of pure cotton memories! !

a day bed a crappy bed , not a comfortable bed. you dont want a day bed to sleep in every night . What the heck is wrong with your mom ??? i never heard of any mom that would want a crappy bed like that for her kid. you need to sleep good each night to be your best. they make some loft beds that are only about 3/12 or 4 feet high so you can put your desk or dresser under them. show here one of those type loft beds. you dont have to buy a loft bed that 5 feet off the floor. just google walmart loft beds and look at all the ones that only about 4 feet high.

1. Teach an off cue and practice it all over the house, and with the bed at other times besides bedtime. Reward lavishly. 2. Teach a go to your bed cue, and practice it with the bedroom dog beds, at times other than bedtime. Again, reward well. 3. Practice having them stay on the dog bed for longer and longer times, again, not at night time. You might want to do Karen Overall's Relaxation Protocol which, among other good things, can help a dog learn to stay on a dog bed despite lots of distractions and temptations. Include your sitting on the bed, and lying down in it briefly,then for longer periods, as one of the distractions/temptations you present to your dog. Since it isn't your bedtime, if a dog jumps on the bed, just get out of the bed silently and walk away -- give attention/treats to a dog that's staying on a dog bed, if you'd like. You might want to put a cue on the final expectation to stay on the dog beds, like goodnight. 4. Go to bed early for the first few nights you want to enforce their getting off of your bed and going to theirs, so you have some extra time and aren't desperate to sleep. If a dog gets on the bed, tell him/her off, then go to bed (or whatever cues you've put on the actions), and toss a treat to the dog as he gets to the dog bed. 5. Keep tossing tiny treats to any dog who stays on a dog bed, for a while. 6. Repeat, if needed, until the dogs all stay on dog beds. If any of them seems to be developing a behavior chain (jump on the bed in order to be told to get off, and get a treat!), gently lead that dog out of the bedroom and close the door for a brief time. Then give the dog another chance.
