Q:best carpet cleaning method?
A okorder.com
Q:What is best for cleaning traffic lanes of carpet?
Dear okorder.com. If the pro uses a rotating head carpet cleaner, all the better. They are made by several company's, including, Rx20's, Dri Master's, or Roto Vac 360's. They take the place of the cleaning wand and clean far superior. Good Luck.
Q:How do I stop my cat from scratching the rugs...?
I understand completely! My cat seems to hate using scratching posts and much prefers to scratch the carpets. Although telling your cat off may help gradually. They do not learn like dogs and wont understand as well. I would recommend using a water spray or a citrus smelling product! As you probably know cats HATE being sprayed or splashed with water. So if you see your cat scratching the rug, just gently spray him. Keep the water nearby and after a few times he will learn!! Scratching=water! Or you could use a citrus (orange or lemon) smelling product. Citrus is very strong for cats and might not be obvious to humans so you wouldn't need to worry any smell. Try rubbing an orange flavored car freshener over the rug and that will prevent him scratching the rug, again they hate orange scented things. I hope these help and your cat stops scratching the rugs! :)
Q:Carpet Cleaning?!?!?
Handmade okorder.com/handmade-wool-rugs.html
Q:why does my cat deficate and urinate on throw rugs?
what are you cleaning the rugs with afterwards? if it is an ammonia based cleaning product it is likely to attract the cat, who is probably marking his(?) territory. Is he happy within the group of cats, or does he scrap/is he picked on by the others? The easiest way to stop this is to remove the rugs for a few weeks then put them back to see whether the habit is broken. If not you may need to resign yourself to a life without rugs.
Q:How to buy a little bit of carpet?
contact with carpet dealer or go OKorder shop
Q:how often do you wash your rugs?
My rugs stay on the bathroom floor for 1 to 2 weeks. My kitchen rugs 2 to 3 weeks. I do shake them outside and allow them to air out for a few hours, but I don't wash them that often. I also have more than one rug for each room...when I'm washing one rug, I have a clean rug to replace it with. I watch for sales on rugs at Sears, Penney's, Target and pick them up then.
Q:is my wool rug disintegrating into nothing?
Years ago, there were rugs that had fuzz fluffs and the homeowner had a special rake looking type of tool with a long handle that they scrapped across the rug after they had vacuumed it. Needless to say, this was not very popular. Perhaps you have one of those old types of rugs.
Q:best method to make rugs non-slip?
1 st two posters are right buttttttt....... You ll have to get the anti slip mat made for your situation. They come for rugs over a hard surface and for rugs over carpet. And for rugs over hard wood. This last one is important. These are made especially to let the wood breathe. GL
Q:How do you keep a wool rug clean?
I wouldn't clean it like a normal carpet. Certainly do not steam clean it or use soap and water. There is a dry carpet cleaning method called Capture. You can usually find it at the supermarket near the other rug cleaning products, or at a DIY home improvement store like Lowe's or Home Depot. It comes in a kit. You sprinkle the stuff on the carpet -- its sort of semi-damp and clumpy -- then use the brush that comes with the kit to rub the stuff into the stain or the entire rug. Let it sit for a bit, then vacuum up the residue. I have used this on my wool area rugs in the past and it works great.
