TYHI’s transport crawlers are available in 1,200 ton, 850 ton, 600 ton and 350 ton models. They can be used for the movement of equipment in opencast mining, mobile/semi-mobile crushing stations, movable tape loading end stations and winning track transformer stations.

Our transport crawlers include a crawler unit, underframe, lifting platform, lifting cylinder, diesel engine system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and cab. The main power of our crawlers is supplied by the diesel engine, which drives the hydraulic pump through the transfer case. With help of hydraulic system, the crawler moving, tensioning, plateform lifting, rotating and clamping can be realized. A clamping hoist driven by hydraulic cylinder each near to the four corners of the upper plateform on the crawler are equipped to fix the equipment, which is ready to transport. During the transportation, the upper plateform angle can be adjusted according to the slope. The equipment can remain in the specified horizontal range, so that the transported equipment is safe. The inclinometer is equipped in the crawler to guarantee the crawler can not use beyond the specified sloop.

The centralized lubricating system of our transport carriers supplies lubricating oil to each driving part. The cabs are equipped with air conditioners. There are two handles on the driver seat which are separately used to control the travel of the two tracks. The travel speed is divided into three gears, and can be continually adjusted. The control panel in the front of the cab integrates all the other control buttons and display information.
