Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Factory director always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained ZDHY, ISO9001 authentication.
- Q:what kind of clothing is this for? can you dry regular t-shirt, Polo's, pants, jeans and shorts on this setting? how long does it take? and if ur dryer only has high, Permanent press, and low, is the press a medium heat? i am trying to avoid shirking.......
- Permanent press is a medium setting. You can use it any time you would use medium heat. I keep my dryer on the 'permanent press' setting, and only use 'high' for things like dog blankets that I don't care about.
- Q:What free weight should I buy? I want to work on toning and building my arms, chest, and buttocks. I can't afford the gym and I'm on a budget. Also, does running help build muscle? I'm really skinny I weigh 135 lbs and i'm 5'11. I'm 21. Should I purchase dumb bells or a bench press?
- You can do just about anything with dumbbells that you could do with a barbell, but not the other way around; so if you do not have enough money to get both, get dumbbells. You can use something besides a weight bench to do flys and dumbbell presses that will target your chest. Running doesn't really help you build muscle but is great for your heart and helps you lose fat. There are a ton of books and things that can tell you how to exercise all the muscle groups without much equipment; the Body Sculpting Bible is one, as is the Naked Warrior, but having a friend that is into body building is probably a good place to start, and is free. :)

- You just kind of answered your own question. This could eventually lead to a sort of rebellion. Two, people would think what is the use of caring, if the government will do their own thing anyway? and these people would simply try to make the best of it under whatever system they were stuck with. Little political interest, I believe, is not a tragedy, at least not now. It means that people trust their government, or at least that there is no crisis of legitimacy or no major concerns. Usually there is more involvement when things take a down turn, and people are not satisfied with the current government etc. For example, the last election generated way more interest than most.
- Q:does bench pressing work mainly on ur chest? does it work on ur triceps as well? cuz i am looking to bench and work hard trying to build some nice chests and triceps. i can't forget pecs also.
- bench press is more like a complete upper body workout, though it most of the intensity of the training will effect your chest, but it will still tone up ur triceps, shoulders, and if ur lifting a decent weight, it will also work on your upper abs.

- Q:okay so i weigh about 160-165 5'9 and im 13 and in 8th going to play freshman football in may. - theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving.
