Melamine block board is made from  block board and melamine resin impregged decoration paper. We usually use falcata core block board and wood grain paper, warm white paper, solid color paper  to make melamine block board. The thickness of block board is 18mm thickness as normally. Standard size of plain MDF&HDF board  is 1220x2440mm,  Surface texture is satin, wood grain imitation, embossed and so on.  Low emission of formaldehyde from Carbon P2 to E2 grade and  good screw holding and moisture resistant.
