- Simply press the keys for movement to either side. You're probably using WASD keys, so A to roll left, and D to roll right while crouching. Note that you will have to press these keys while stationary. If you're moving forward while crouching, you'll just change direction, not roll. - i wouldnt work out so young if i was you, it could stunt your growth. wait till your 14 and bench and pullups are completely unrelated muscles but probably not too much like 95 pounds. but jsut stick to the pull ups and push ups for now so your not a chode
