NYJ-800T to 1600T MDF door skin press/ laminated door skin hot press suitable for moulding and veneering of melamine door skin,natural wood door skin.MDF door skin press/ laminated door skin hot press adopts spring synchronous closed structure, can stop at any position according to the production preocess(or position-limit control), and the residence time can be adjusted. MDF door skin press/ laminated door skin hot press holding time and pressure set automatic control. Two operaing mode(manual and automatic) are convenient for customers to choose.

Q:Bench pressing question?
Hey Michael! The average man who has not lifted weights before should be able to bench approx 60Kg or 130lbs (Strength wise) once they're familiar with the technique that is. Use the principle of 'progressive overload' to gauge when you should increase the weight -depending on your goals. e.g. 3 sets of 8-12 reps at your working weight is a good guideline for maximum muscle growth Start with a weight you can do for 3 sets of 8 reps Try to Increase your reps each workout When you can complete 3 sets of 12 reps increase the weight and start again 5lb increases are perfect for an exercise such as the bench press For strength 5 sets of 5 is the best routine and allows for heavier lifting Apply the same logic as above for progress Be careful,learn and practice good technique before worrying about the weight you're lifting (Start with just the bar and focus on technique is fine - don't let ego get you into trouble you'll be lifting heavy quickly enough) and always have a spotter for your working sets.Good Luck :-)
Q:How much should I be able to max bench press?
There's really no bench press standard. It depends on many factor: how long you've been training, the type of training you've been doing, how good your form is, genetics (shape of muscles and length of tendon attachments), etc. I will throw out the common metric that only about half of men aged 30 can bench press their weight. Another metric to use is if you can bench press 100 pounds more than you're weight, you are probably in the top 10%. If you can bench press double your weight, you are in the top 2%. At age 16 with a bodyweight of 143, a 190 pound press is very good.

Q:See RESULTS from bench pressing?
I see what you are going through because I am going through the same thing. I do dumbell chest flies and dumbell chest presses, lateral raises, each consisting of right now 3 circuits of 20 reps of each exercise(3 times a week) and for me i did not start seeing results not until after 3 weeks . answering your question you should be seeing results at around 3-6 weeks. because it depends on many factors e.g what you are eating? how many times you do your exercise a week? and your body type. I would also suggest you doing 20-30 reps of lateral raises into your work out. going to your second question.as far as protein drinks i have the same fear as you have. that is why i don't drink it right now.(eventually I am going to give it a try) but I hear it doesn't make you fat. I helps you repair give nutrients your muscle tissue during your off workout hours. I hope that this information helps you. and remeber don't expect your body to look the way you want it to be over night. it takes a long time to get it there.
Q:Should I purchase dumb bells or a bench press?

Before I answer your question...you should put the foundation on before concealer. It works better. Anyways, I prefer using loose...its more effective. Hope I helped:)
Q:Question about bench pressing?
If you max out with 200 lbs on the seated press you won't be able to do that amount with free weights. You gain more balance from balancing the weights and the nautilus cuts down some of the work your muscles have to do to push, balance, and lower the weight. You should invest in a flat bench and a barbell. Or if you lift alone I recommend dumbbells. Your pecs will get a better workout.
