- Q:how can essential rights such as the right to a fair trial conflict with other rights such as the right to a free press?
- Such conflicts often happen. Corruption of the jury pool by the printed word is frequently avoided by prohibiting the attorneys from giving interviews and the like. Obviously false or untrustworthy evidence needs to be kept out of the trial. No permanent harm is done as the matters can be published when the case is over. All Constitutional rights are subject to reasonableness requirements and often must be balanced against each other. For example, your right to practice your religion may conflict with the right of the state to prohibit certain drugs. Whether your right may be honored must be determined by balancing the interests involved by the judges. Your right to free speech ends at my private property line. It could have been balanced differently, and occasionally is. So you see, Constitutional rights conflict all the time.
- Q:I am looking to get into reloading. What brand press should I get? I want a press that will do it all, prime, re-size etc. Also is it better to get a full kit or build my own from different manufacturers like say and RCBS press, Lyman scale, and Lee dies etc. Please help.
- I grew up reloading on an old Lee and an old Herters press. I still have the Lee for my small batches and use a case-fed DIllon XL650 progressive for large lots of ammo. I shoot 300-1000 rounds per week, though. I recommend Lee with no hesitation. I have a set of RCBS carbide 9mm dies that seat half of the bullets noticeably crooked in the case. My set of small base .223 RCBS dies won't size a case very well at all, and I know how to adjust dies and own/use case gauges. I now use all Dillon and Lee dies, except for one old Lyman set and one old Herters set which still work great. My powder scale is also electronic (Dillon), and I highly recommend them for two reasons. The extra speed will take the biggest tedium out of reloading, and it is actually safer because a digital readout is harder to read incorrectly than the different sliders on a balance poise. I prefer the Lee of all the balance scales, though. It's cheap, idiot-proof, impossible to bend, and easier-to-read than the RCBS models. When not priming in the progressive press, I much prefer the Lee Auto Prime than using the press. First, I recommend a good reloading manual, even before you buy equipment. The ones from Lee and Lyman are outstanding for giving novices the background and education about the equipment in addition to a large amount of data. Also, have several books of data, and also check the websites of the powder manufacturer and bullet maker to compare data from several sources before making a load.

- bench press will work your chest/shoulders/triceps. it emphasizes each muscle differently depending on your grip width. if you have a wide grip, you will mostly work your chest. if you have a close grip, then youre gonna work your triceps. if you do it at an incline, then youre gonna be doing upper chest and shoulders

- I can help if you give me more data such as the power of the press (how many watts), but lets say is up to 1200W heater, then you will be able to connect it anywhere, the grounded outlet is a safety issue if you live USA all your outlets have ground (take care only on the orange ones, as they need special connection). In regards where to put the press, far away from water, preferably use non flamable cover such as glass for the table or the place where you ar to set the press. take care for burning your hands/arms as the press might become hot enought to hurt your skin. regards,

- a press is a big machine that presses out components like panels for a car door etc, the setter is a person that sets the machine up for doing this, like getting the measurements right and the press parts all in the right place ready for manufacture
- Q:6th grade girl basketball coach,were going to be playing alot of teams that press alot and i need a easy press breaker for these girls cause we were put into the league late and dont have alot of time to work on it from what little i seen on acouple of teams play last year they play alot of man to man full court with an occasional double team.one advantage i got is i can have 3 or 4 descent ball handlers at the same time.but if i can countinously beat their press and force them to try to slow the game down i can put my best player in,shes hefty but a muscle inside we can shut from outside with no fear cause she boxes out so well shell get the rebound and in result give us 20 pts a game but shes so hefty she cant handle the fast pace game so please help me come up with a soluton thanks
- My team used a very easy press break. It's a bit hard to explain, but when it comes together, it works like a dream. - First, you have two players on either side of the court, waiting for the inbound. - Once inbounded, the Passer, steps into the center of the court. - They pass amongst themselves till they find an opening in the press. - Meanwhile, there are two other people standing at about midcourt, on both sides. - The person at midcourt standing opposite the side the ball is on will run to the middle of the floor looking for possible passes. - If the ball is passed to them, he/she can either bring the ball up more or turn, and pass to the opposite side. Press is broken. Sorry, it's very hard to explain. Down below, I made you a picture to illustrate what I mean. X's are your team.
