- This is a normal amount for a builder's allowance. They do not allow for top quality..that is the way it works. You can purchase what you want, and they will just take off the allowance and you pay for the extra. Not many will negotiate..this is just the way it works. No biggie..just pay the extra to upgrade to what you want. Your kitchen cupboard, countertop, bathroom, all fixtures and flooring are like this ...upgrades can be had you just have to pay the difference.

- I have been breeding jungle carpets for at least a few years, and they hatch at 16 inches in length. You may be measuring wrong, or you don't have a true jungle carpet. Jungle carpets are often crossed with other carpet pythons, such as coastal carpets and Irian Jaya carpets, as well as diamond pythons. Most jungle carpets hatch from March to August, and I'm sure yours hatched in that time frame. Nonetheless, it sounds awfully small for a jungle carpet and should be fed fuzzy mice every 7 days.

- This is something we call at my barn. Sacking the horse i love doing this. You need 2 people. The other person needs to be experienced. take a feed sack and tie it to the end of a lunge whip. With your friend holding the pony, move the sack around him. They may spook, get them over it. Over time you should be able to run the pony's whole body. This way it'll despook them of things like putting a rug on. I do this to my horses because you never know what will hit horse and its to be on the safe side.
