Product Description:

Magnesium Alloy Anodes AZ91 Mg Alloy Extrusion for Water Heater

1. Specification:

We are capable of manufacturing all kinds of extruded sacrificial anodes of magnesium and aluminum alloys upon customer's requirements. Compared with casting magnesium rod, is capable of producing all kinds of extruded magnesium and aluminum alloy sacrificial anode upon customer's requirement. Compared with cast magnesium rods, extruded magnesium rod has a better machining accuracy and a finer surface finish, and provides the most effective protection for the product it is installed in.

2. Application:

Being an important type of sacrificial anodes of magnesium alloys, extruded sacrificial anodes of magnesium are mainly applied in water heaters, heat exchangers, evaporimeters, boilers and other equipment. They soften water, remove dirt and therefore extend the service life of machines.

5. What is Magnesium Alloys?

Magnesium alloys are mixtures of magnesium with other metals (called an alloy), often aluminum, zinc, manganese, silicon, copper, rare earths and zirconium. Magnesium is the lightest structural metal. Magnesium alloys have a hexagonal lattice structure, which affects the fundamental properties of these alloys. Plastic deformation of the hexagonal lattice is more complicated than in cubic latticed metals like aluminium, copper and steel; therefore, magnesium alloys are typically used as cast alloys, but research of wrought alloys has been more extensive since 2003. Cast magnesium alloys are used for many components of modern automobiles, and magnesium block engines have been used in some high-performance vehicles; die-cast magnesium is also used for camera bodies and components in lenses.

Practically, all the commercial magnesium alloys manufactured in the United States contain aluminum (3 to 13 percent) and manganese (0.1 to 0.4 percent). Many also contain zinc (0.5 to 3 percent) and some are hardenable by heat treatment. All the alloys may be used for more than one product form, but alloys AZ63 and AZ92 are most used for sand castings, AZ91 for die castings, and AZ92 generally employed for permanent mold castings (while AZ63 and A10 are sometimes also used in the latter application as well). For forgings, AZ61 is most used, and here alloy M1 is employed where low strength is required and AZ80 for highest strength. For extrusions, a wide range of shapes, bars, and tubes are made from M1 alloy where low strength suffices or where welding to M1 castings is planned. Alloys AZ31, AZ61 and AZ80 are employed for extrusions in the order named, where increase in strength justifies their increased relative costs.

Q:Heavy metal or rap?????
There are some wooden cars, yes.
Q:the best nu metal bands there is?
Metal is forever Emo is a trend
Q:Good metal bands?...?
metal bats hit further because they are lighter and you can swing them fast and they are hollow so when the ball hits the barrel of the bat caves in then trampolines the ball. wood bats just put better back spin on the ball and make it float in the air longer
Q:what is metal gear??
Orphaned Land - The Never Ending Way Of Orwarrior Stratovarius - Episode Iced Earth - Something Wicked part 1 Septic Flesh - Communion Rotting Christ - Aealo Scar Symmetry - Pitch Black Progress Paradise Lost - Believe is Nothing Eluveitie - Slania (just a quick list, maybe not my best ever, but some of my favs. Though I would like to have a category to put Iron Maiden in)
Q:eminence orchestra metal gear solid mp3???!!!?
What kind of metal? Iron is refined from ore along with copper, silver gold etc. Bronze, brass and steel are alloys. Bronze is made of copper and tin. Brass from copper and zinc. Steel is made from Iron with carbon added during refinement.
Q:How is metal recycled?
I love that song. There is no song that I hate that nightwish made, but I just dont like the new singer
Q:what makes disturbed hard rock and not heavy metal?
I listen to Metal and I absolutely hate the terms Metal-Head Headbanger, I don't fit the stupid stereotype. My head isn't made out of metal, and I don't bang my head either. I like the music, simple as that, not the stereotyping sub-culture of the genre. So no, not all Metal listeners have to be labelled.
Q:Best Metal/Hard Rock music?
heavy Metal is a form of music originating in blues-based hard rock, and acid rock. It involves a hard beat, loudness, distortion, and a massive amount of POWER. Thats what metal si to me. Metal has to sound powerful. From 30BPM drone metal to massive thrash beats, ti all sounds powerful. The only exception really is gothic metal, which really doesnt have much aesthetic similarities to normal metal. Also, to be considered metal, it has to have a direct descent from classic heavy metal. for example, although Black metal doesnt sound much like classic metal, its real metal because it came directly from other forms of metal. unlike, say, Nu-metal, which features vast influences from alt-rock and rap. Also, metal DOES NOT have to eb fast. I have to point that out.
Q:Do anyone know these metal bands?
Thrash Classic Death MeloDeath Metalcore Mathcore Speed Power Black Alternative Hard Rock Doom Sludge Progressive Technical Death Folk Rap Metal Nu-metal Glam Funk
Q:Gen. Chemistry Question related with Metals.?
Megadeth is real metal, THRASH METAL, to be exact. Metallica were thrash metal in the 80's, but since Black Album, they started to become a mainstream rock band... That is all.
