Product Description:

Magnesium Alloy Anodes Mg Alloy Extrusion for Water Heater

1. Specification:

We are capable of manufacturing all kinds of extruded sacrificial anodes of magnesium and aluminum alloys upon customer's requirements. Compared with casting magnesium rod, is capable of producing all kinds of extruded magnesium and aluminum alloy sacrificial anode upon customer's requirement. Compared with cast magnesium rods, extruded magnesium rod has a better machining accuracy and a finer surface finish, and provides the most effective protection for the product it is installed in.

2. Application:

Being an important type of sacrificial anodes of magnesium alloys, extruded sacrificial anodes of magnesium are mainly applied in water heaters, heat exchangers, evaporimeters, boilers and other equipment. They soften water, remove dirt and therefore extend the service life of machines.

5. What is Magnesium Alloys?

Magnesium alloys are mixtures of magnesium with other metals (called an alloy), often aluminum, zinc, manganese, silicon, copper, rare earths and zirconium. Magnesium is the lightest structural metal. Magnesium alloys have a hexagonal lattice structure, which affects the fundamental properties of these alloys. Plastic deformation of the hexagonal lattice is more complicated than in cubic latticed metals like aluminium, copper and steel; therefore, magnesium alloys are typically used as cast alloys, but research of wrought alloys has been more extensive since 2003. Cast magnesium alloys are used for many components of modern automobiles, and magnesium block engines have been used in some high-performance vehicles; die-cast magnesium is also used for camera bodies and components in lenses.

Practically, all the commercial magnesium alloys manufactured in the United States contain aluminum (3 to 13 percent) and manganese (0.1 to 0.4 percent). Many also contain zinc (0.5 to 3 percent) and some are hardenable by heat treatment. All the alloys may be used for more than one product form, but alloys AZ63 and AZ92 are most used for sand castings, AZ91 for die castings, and AZ92 generally employed for permanent mold castings (while AZ63 and A10 are sometimes also used in the latter application as well). For forgings, AZ61 is most used, and here alloy M1 is employed where low strength is required and AZ80 for highest strength. For extrusions, a wide range of shapes, bars, and tubes are made from M1 alloy where low strength suffices or where welding to M1 castings is planned. Alloys AZ31, AZ61 and AZ80 are employed for extrusions in the order named, where increase in strength justifies their increased relative costs.

Q:Rap or Metal?
If by 'rust' you mean the redish-brown oxide that remains after oxidation...then the answer to #1 is YES Other metals will not rust unless they contain iron, however they will oxidize( i.e. combine with oxygen and break down)
Q:Calculate the molar mass of the metal?
Manowar, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Metallica, Celtic Frost
Q:Good metal bands??? :)?
semiconductors - metal halogens - nonmetal noble gases - nonmetal Semiconductors are used for the transference of energy. They can be found in things such as solar panels. Halogens are the elements like chlorine and bromine and are the elements in the column second to the right. The noble gases are... clearly not metal... they're gases... it's in the name!
Q:How is metal recycled?
m/METALm/ I love Nightwish, and they damn well are Metal. Great Song Rocco. *Edit* I know Metal. I been a Metalhead for 20 long Years. I F-ing bleed Metal. Anybody that says that ain't Metal is an idiot.
Q:Are metals crystalline?
Metal is indeed a sub-genre of Rock but because it is so diverse you could say there are sub-sub genres within metal
Q:which is better American Metal or European Metal?
Judas Priest - Painkiller | Screaming For Vengeance Metallica - Master Of Puppets | ...And Justice For All | Ride The Lightning Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath | Paranoid | Master Of Reality Ozzy Osbourne - Blizzard Of Ozz Queensryche - Operation:Mindcrime Deep Purple - Machine Head | In Rock | Burn just a few... Have a nice day!
Q:Do you like my page of metal?
some of the best musicians are in metal music. especially the most innovative over the past decade have come from the metal scene. and for people who dont like screaming there's plenty of great instrumental metal, animals as leaders, scale the summit, ect
Q:When 1.200 g of a certain metal sulfide was roasted in air, 0.728 g of the metal oxide was formed?
Most materials will expand when they are heated. That's why they call it the coefficient of thermal expansion, measured in parts per million. Most metals, steel, aluminum, et. al are in this group. A very few materials shrink when heated, due to odd crystalline structure.
Q:Anybody cares for Metal?
Rock in general has been slowly dying in the States - it is not the most popular genre anymore. (The purchasers of music in the US have been trending towards hip-hop and country, depending on the region.) In other countries these genres have not taken hold as strongly, so there is more diversity in the music. However, there has been a slow revival of old-school metal, especially in the Steel Belt and Florida (the old homesteads.) Internationally, Europe is still holding its own (Portugal and France as well as Scandinavia. There's also an interesting growing metal scene coming out of India as a middle-class with some disposable income for things like electric guitars is emerging out of the tech boom.
Q:should i get plastic or metal glasses?
Prog Metal Symphony X, Jarle H Olsen, Tesseract, Animals as Leaders, Periphery
