Q:The difference between the electric control valve and the electric butterfly valve, respectively, the application situation
Both are powered by electric butterfly valves. The control valve must have the ability to accept external signal control. At the same time, control signals and valves through the medium flow must ensure a certain relationship.Electric control valve belongs to electric butterfly valve; electric butterfly valve butterfly valve including but not exclusively butterfly valve.Electric butterfly valve is a kind of electric control valve. There are many types of valve body, usually through the single seat, straight through two seat, angle, diaphragm, small flow, three pass, eccentric rotation, butterfly, sleeve type, spherical and so on 10. In the selection of control valve valve prior to the media, process conditions and parameters to control the process of careful analysis, to collect sufficient data to understand the system requirements on the control valve, according to the data collected to determine the type of valve to be used.
Q:Butterfly valve D71X-10 and butterfly D371X-10 what is the difference?
One is the turbine drive and the other is with the handle
Q:What are single eccentric and double eccentric in butterfly valves? What's the difference, please explain in detail?
Eccentric butterfly valve is divided into single eccentric butterfly valve, double eccentric butterfly valve, three eccentric butterfly valve, variable eccentric butterfly valve.Single eccentric butterfly valve: extrusion problems, address concentric butterfly valve and valve seat of the resulting in a single eccentric butterfly valve, the structural characteristics of the stem axis deviated from the disc center, so that the butterfly is no longer a rotary bottom plate, axial dispersion, reduce the excessive squeezing and the lower end of the seat of the butterfly board.
Q:What's the meaning of butterfly valve d371po?
According to the provisions of the JB/T 308-2004 valve type programming method:D== butterfly valve3== transmission: worm gear7== connection mode: clip type1== structure: midlinePo== sealing surface material: lining PoPo== propylene oxide (PO)
Q:Using a valve spring compressor
save yourself the hassle and throw that thing away go back to your local auto parts store and buy the l shaped spring compresser should be about twenty dollars make sure vehicle is at tdc remove rocker arm bolt remove rocker arms going valve by valve do not mix them up must go in exactly the same order they came out now lightly tap the top of valve with a rubber mallet will help loosen retainers place compresser on rocker arm stud take r.a. nut and tighten till valve locks fall out or can be removed very small dont lose use compressed air to hold valves in place at tdc sorry that should have been first not hard but not easy to do rebuilt 350 motor from the guts out spent alot of money on spring compressers only to find out the simplest one worked the best the one like u got will give u hell i tried napas version craftsman all of them trust me use the L bar
Q:Butterfly valve general use occasions
Butterfly valveAlso known as butterfly valve, control valve has a simple structure, can be used for low pressure pipeline valve switching control is closed parts (disc or disc) is a disk, around the valve axis to achieve the opening and closing a valve, the valve can be used to control the flow of air, water, steam steam, all kinds of corrosive medium, mud, oil, metals and radioactive liquid media and other types of fluid. On the pipeline, mainly from cutting and throttling. Butterfly valve headstock is a disc shaped disc, in the valve body around its own axis of rotation, so as to achieve the purpose of opening or closing or regulation.
Q:I want to what is better a metal valve or tissue valve replacement for someone who is in their 30's?
Strokecyp3a7 gene may help identify those at. H2o2 vapour sterilization, you re backing ceo. Replicationnew vaccine to those. Time, you better aid researchers.
Q:Seat Leon Cupra 1.8T Mk1. Is my seat fitted with a dump valve as standard.?
every turbo will have a dump valve(waste gate) to regulate the boost to the engine Dump valves are fitted to the engines of turbo charged cars and sit between the turbo outlet and the throttle body. When transitioning from a boosted state to a closed throttle state (as in between shifts), due to inertia, the turbo continues to pressurize air, but the closed throttle prevents the compressed air from entering the engine. In this case the pressure exceeds the preset spring pressure in the dump valve and the excess pressure is bled off to atmosphere. Even with a dump valve the compressed air acts as a brake on the turbo (slowing it down), because the pressure on the backside of the turbo is at a higher pressure than on the front side (and the air actually wants to flow through the turbo backwards). A blowoff valve is a more elegant solution to this problem by allowing the turbo to freewheel when the throttle is closed (equalizing the pressure on both sides of the turbo). Unlike a dump valve a blowoff valve can be used at multiple boost settings without reconfiguration. Blowoff valves are sometimes incorrectly called dump valves because they serve a similar function, but they are very different solutions to the same problem.
Q:What is a Valve Adjustment?
Not at all a big expense most places should do it for $90 -150 including the gasket . Takes me about an hour to do one. If you don't adjust them eventually you could wear the cam possibly although I've never seen any issues from not doing it. If they are too tight then possibly they could've got the engine hot . If they are too loose which is what they should do as they wear they'll just be a little noisy until you get them adjusted if I can help in any other way please let me know hope this helps
Q:Old Thompson Aircraft Engine Valve, help dating?
Wow Hannah! That's a cool find for sure! It appears to be possibly a valve for a radial aircraft engine as it looks very similar to ones i've seen used in Pratt+Whitney R3350's etc. It looks like it could probably date to the 1940's up thru the 1950's. Look for a Part Number stamped on the valve or on the box. After WW2 there were all kinds of manufacturers making parts for airplanes. Many were gobbled up by competitors, converted to manufacturing other products or went out of business altogether. However, a few did hang on....and I think this may be what has become of Thompson Aircraft today.... Thompson Aerospace, Inc 22431 Antonio Parkway B160-102 Rcho Sta Marg, CA 92688-2804
