Low Cement Refractory Castable adopts submircon powder technology. Micro powder is used as anchoring agent, aluminate cement  as coagulation accelerator, some antidetonant and water reducer will also be added in during the production of Low Cement Refractory Castable. Compared with common Refractory Castable, Low Cement Refractory Castable owns the below characteristics:

1. The dosage of cement is low, the content of calcium only accounts for 1/4-1/3 of common Refractory Castable
2. Wter consumption rate during the construction is almost 1/2 or 1/3 of the common Refractory Castable, so the Low Cement Refractory Castable has high density and low porosity.
3. High normal temperature cure property, intensity will be increased after medium temperature and high temperature. Three or five times more than common Refractory Castable.
4. Good volume stability under high temperature.

Q:How long is the fire-resistant time of fireproof wooden door?
The fire-resistant time of fireproof wooden door is about 1 hour. Fireproof wooden door refers to the door whose door frames, skeleton of the door leaf, door panels are made of timber or timber work and fire endurance reaches the provisions of "GB50045-95 design of tall buildings for fire protection". Fireproof door is one of devices for fire prevention and separation of the building, generally used on the firewall, entrance and exit between stairs pipe shaft opening, which plays an important role in the reduction of fire losses.
Q:What are the fire endurance requirements of class A fire resistant door ?
Hardwares are professional fire resistant lock, fireproof door closer, fire hinge, handle, latch and sequencer, and they can also be configured according to user needs. Fire resistant time of class A and B fire resitant door is 12h and 09h respectively. It can also be customized according to customer needs into a variety of non-standard specifications. Q:How to calculate the thickness of choosing refractory? Such as steel ladle should choose what kind of refractory and using what thicknes?
I feel the concrete thickness should depend on the experience and the actual situation. As for the specific method, I also can't say too accurately. If it's ladle, it generally chooses alumina magnesia castable.
Q:what is the material of fixed first rate fire resistant window?
Window frames and fireproofing glass, fire sealing strip, fireproofing glass mound layer, which is infexible fan, and the flexible fans have to plus folding and closing window cleaner. (3) window frames must be integral with the building, using wood or iron to connect the wall. After the installation of the steel frame, the cement mortar must be watered between the window frame and the wall, and it should conserve more than 24 hours before normal use.
Q:How long can gypsum board endure fire?
General gypsum plaster board with a thickness of less than 12mm has a fire endurance which is less than half an hour. It is clearly stipulated in Clause 2.0.4 of "Specification of Fire-resistance of Decoration Design in the Interior of Buildings" that "gypsum board, mineral wool board and acoustic board whose combustion performance reach at B1 grade installed on steel joists can be used as A-grade incombustible materials. Although the gypsum board is non-combustible material, we need to examine materials' stability in the face of fire and their fire retardant limits besides exmine their fire prevention standards. Fire retardant limit refers to the ability and time that materials can resist fire when encounting fire and taking palce changes.

Fire retardant coating is a coating which is applied to the surface of buildings and structures and can form a protective layer of fire retardancy and thermal insulation. It can reduce the flammability of the coated materials and block the rapid spread of fire so as to improve fire endurance of the coated materials. Features of fire retardant coating: (1) Fire retardant coating itself has a flame-retardancy or non-inflammability, and it can prevent the protected substrate from direct contact with the air, and delay ignition and reduce the burning speed of the objects. (2) In addition to flame retardancy or non-inflammability, the fire retardant coating itself has a a low thermal conductivity, which can delay the transfer of flame temperature to the substrate to be protected. (3) When heating, fire retardant coating decomposes non-combustible inert gas to dilute the combustible gas decomposed by the protected, making it difficult to burn or slow down the burning rate. (4) Fire retardant coating containing nitrogen will decomposite NO, NH3 and other basic groups, which compound with the organic radicals and interrupt the chain reaction so as to reduce the temperature. (5) intumescent fire retardant coating will expand and foam when heating, and form a carbon foam insulation to block the protected objects, thus delaying the transmission of heat to the substrate.
