CDM6150 is widely used forexcavating, handling and finishing of earth or stones to meet the demand of construction sites, factory, municipal engineering and park objects etc. with the optional breaking hammer, the building demolition, road surface repair and rock breaking can be achieved.
The original Cummins high power, high torque and turbo-charging 4-cylinder direct injection engine guarantees the high reliability and durability. The air-air inter cooler system over the compressed air can enhance the oxygen content upon combustion markedly. The center fuel injection under high injection pressure allows the uniform atomizing of fuel, guarantees the normal combustion and reduces the exhaust emission. And the engine conforming to Euro ⅢA emission standard is optional.
The high efficiency dual element air filter ensures the quality of engine air intake. In addition, the air pre-filter can carry out the rough filtration over the air intake to enable the operation under the high dust concentration working conditions and prolong the maintenance interval of the air filter. The oil-water separator and two-stage fuel filter will filtrate the fuel many times to ensure the quality of fuel fed to the engine.
The parallel radiator makes cooling effect better and service easier.
Maintenance and Service
The easy maintenance of direct injection engine reduces the cost of maintenance. The global after service of engine enables the sharing of global resources. This will enhance the service efficiency, relieve the customers’ worry and ensure the attendance rate of excavator.
Specialist of Engine Management
The engine speed allows 10 adjustable gears through the throttle potentiometer and achieves the precise management over the engine speed through the control of engine throttle by the DC servo motor. The engine allows the auto idling/acceleration function to reduce the fuel consumption. It has a function of touch power enhancement, can handle the high resistance working condition with ease.
Adopt negative flow control system or dual-pump double-circuit constant power control system. Adopt boom holding system and swing cushion valve control.
This machine is equipped with the functions of straight travel, boom/arm confluence, boom/arm holding, swing priority, swing anti-reversing and regeneration of arm cylinder. Each return circuit without interference during composite action. Digging of arm and bucket as well as the lifting and swing of boom at the same time during operating, the operations of left and right motors are independent during traveling.
Auxiliary Hydraulic Valve
The main valve is provided with a set of standby valves to facilitate the installation of other accessories such as the breaking hammer.
The hydraulic circuit is equipped with the high quality hydraulic oil filter which can prolong the service life of the hydraulic elements.
The special design of hydraulic system and components location can enhance the system efficiency of the machine. The hydraulic oil tank, main pump and main valve are arranged closely to shorten the connecting lines and consequently reduce the line friction and pressure drop. The radiator is arranged at the right side behind the cab to effectively reduce the noise, hot air and exhaust received by the operator.
The pilot pump is independent from main pump and supply oil to the pilot system which guarantee the stable and independent of pilot control and facilitate the maintenance.
The multi-purpose true color monitor allows the real-time monitoring and display of machine state, engine speed, coolant temperature, oil pressure and fuel level etc.
Power Control Mode
3 power modes of heavy-duty power mode (H mode), saving power mode (S mode) and light-duty power mode (L mode) can switch at will to reduce the power loss. The combination of 3 modes can reduce the fuel consumption and better meet the different working conditions.
Fault Auto Warning
It allows the fault self-diagnosis auto warning display and fault message save up to 99,000 pieces approximately to facilitate the fault call and inquiry during the maintenance of equipment. There are 3 levels of warning display according to the fault severity.
Engine Overheating Auto Protection
The overheating protection will be active if the coolant temperature exceeds 102℃. Then the engine will not flameout while the system will reduce the engine speed. However, if the coolant temperature is too high, the operator should shut down the machine as required and find out the fault causes.
Low Oil Pressure Protection
When oil pressure below the standard value, the oil pressure switch will be closed, the text warning will display for 3s and then the engine will slow down to low idle speed. In such a case, the operator should shut down the machine as required to protect the machine.
Maintenance Auto Remind
The monitor will periodically remind the operator of changing the engine oil, grease and filter element at the set interval to support the routine service.
The reasonable layout of robust main frame optimizes the utilization of steels.
The X-shaped undercarriage with heavy-duty box structure is subjected to the repeated finite element analytical calculation and enhance the overall rigidity, strength and torsional resistance. Undercarriage is welded from the low alloy structural steel plates with overall process quality control. The critical welds are fully subjected to fault detection and stress test to ensure the product quality.
