Description of our Tower Crane

1) TC60/10 tower crane is one of the key product of CNBM company, which have competitive price and excellent quality, suitable for all kinds of construction project and can work under all kinds of work condition.

2) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting, and can decide the crane height according to the actual height of the building, and at the same time the lifting capacity will not be affected

3) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

The range-change structure drives the dolly to change range on the horizontal arm, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.

4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation of the equipment. The machine is equipped with lifting height limiter, dolly range-change limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter, circumgyrating limiter, etc.

5)The machine has scientific layout and beautiful appearance. The operator's room is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operator.

Advantage of our tower crane
1, boom relief Angle is big, greatly widened the equipment capacity and scope of work.
2, suitable for the group of tower cross homework.
3, boom stability is good, combination amplitude range.
4, suitable for height have special requirements occasions construction.
5, lifting capacity big, effectively solve the high steel structure construction team crane big lifting capacity requirements.

Q:You see cranes on the floor which rise about 50 metres, but sometimes, when building high sky scrapers, I see cranes on the 70th floor or the 80th floor. How do they put the the crane so high up there when it can only go up high around 60-70 metres?
The cranes are built in the elevator shafts and moved up as needed during work progress.
Q:What is the difference between a crane and a crane in a tower crane?
Informal: hoisting signal worker: refers to the signal flag!Cable man: rope!
Q:My dad has some old tools and he is wondering if the company is still around, or what happened to it. A yahoo search revealed little.
Found on - www.lathes .uk/boicecrane/ Boice-Crane - USA Boice-Crane (Wilton Division) made various types of power tools, including a selection of wood lathes intended for amateur and educational use, and in the 1940s and early 1950 their range included, amongst others, the two amateur and one professional or educational machines illustrated below. The more robust lathe of the amateur pair had a 50 inch long bed with 10 swing and able to take 34 between centres; the 4-step V pulley in the headstock could be driven from either from the rear, or underneath. The bed, which had a gap able to swing 14, was internally ribbed and machined on its top surface. The No. 1 Morse taper tailstock was fitted with self eject for the centre. The double-ended spindle was 1.25 inches in diameter and ran on ball bearings - whilst the single faceplate contained two different diameter, left and right-hand threads so that it could be screwed onto either end. The lathe weighed 115 lbs, so, despite an insubstantial appearance, must have been a reasonably robust machine. The other bench lathe had a bed built from two steel channel sections - with the most elementary type of headstock and tailstock. The capacity was 10 x 30, the weight 30 lbs and the headstock spindle carried a 4-step, overhung, V-belt pulley. The company are now: Gothenburg Manufacturing Co., P.O. Q:do they get the concrete blocks up that hang at the end? Do they use another type of crane to assemble them?
Tower cranes assembly starts with the foundation of the crane with lot concrete blocks for fixing, then they fix the first bottom part of the crane then they fix the boom with the counter weights, when they want to extend the height, they fix a jack up machine which lift up the boom and then insert a vertical piece and so on till they reach the required height. During the first installation they use a small mobile crane and then after the crane it self lift and fix the pieces
Q:How to calculate life span of steel structure? for example, crane?
With bridges that you would be able to calculate an anticipated lifespan. It is going to now not be very particular. You measure the deflection as a given load goes over it. You also measure deflection with average site visitors. You are taking measurements of what normal visitors is. With this knowledge that you would be able to undertaking lifespan and prefer exchanging bridges earlier than they crumple. Once I was once a engineering student I had a summer time job serving to to experiment bridges. Most bridges and gigantic constructions are designed to are living 50 years I believe. For constructions I have no idea of any measurements you would take. I think it is most often a matter of periodic inspections. The things to seem for are basis problems, cracking of concrete, exposed re-bar, concrete flaking off etc.
Q:Can Ichabod Crane defeat the Headless Undocumented Worker before he prunes someone's bushes into hedges?
Ichabod Crane was a tall, lanky man, with feet like shovels. He may be able to do it. I thought of this story too, when I heard about the mysterious headless bodies.
Q:what is the function of load indicator on a crane?
it indicates the load being placed on the crane so the operator can keep the load within limits.
Q:Hey i need to know what icabod crane did in sleepy hollow the tim burton version with johnny depp.. so far all i have is In the movie he is a detective or a constable, someone who tries to solve crimes. He stands up for what he believes in even though no one might stand up with him. He used instruments of his own kind. Any information will help..Thank you very much Thx again
He was a weird inventor of things, i think. He went to Sleepy Hollow to stop the headless horseman who was being summoned by the girl's (the one he like) stepmother or aunt (don't remember the relation) to take out people. She wanted power or money, maybe both from the victims.
Q:In Scottsdale AZ I have never noticed them before this year. They are on the walls all around our doors.
Crane FLIES not cranes. The winter crane fly has an abundant hatch--well, during early spring or late winter. In this they are just everywhere--this species just does this sort of thing. Typically crane flies are a rather rare sight, such as during the summer months, usually of an entirely different species. There's really not much to explain their abundance.
Q:Is the crane a metaphor for the woman? Or does it transform into one? OR does the guy marry a bird? I've been listening to this all week and cannot discern which is right...maybe that was Colin's intention? A little help here?
It's a story about a peasant living in, I assume, rural Japan, it being a Japanese folk tale. He finds a wounded crane on the road as he's walking one night. It has an arrow in its wing, and he pulls out the arrow and revives the crane. A couple of days later this mysterious woman shows up at his door and he brings her in. Eventually, they fall in love and are married. Although they're poor-- she's a seamstress, a weaver-- she suggests that she can make this cloth that he could sell and make money. But the one condition is that when she's weaving he can't look into the room at her weaving. This goes on for awhile, until eventually the peasant's curiosity gets the best of him and he looks in. It turns out that the woman is a crane, and she's pulling feathers from her wings and putting them into the cloth, which is what makes it so beautiful and soft. Apparently, having looked in at her breaks the spell and she turns permanently back into a crane and flies away.
