Introduction: 

   JZC250T  Ladder-type  Concrete Mixer is based on JZC250, adding lifting and self-dumping installation, it has functions of mixing and lifting. It  can make concrete in the lifting hopper to different floors through different ladder chasis, hoist and sliding guide, thus saving working time and labour and improving working efficiency.

   The main structure finished lifting & self-dumping:10# channel steel ladder chassis, rest , lifting hoist, lifting hopper and sliding, etc. And other spare parts adding safety factor: cross arm reinforced pole, joint bolt, tipper hook and take-up hopper, etc. 10# channel steel ladder chassis consists of roof chassis, underframe and intermediate chassis. Every parts ladder chassis's width is same, this machine matches one parts top ladder chassis, one underframe and three parts intermediate chassis, the total length is 17m. Round pipe's core drill one round orfice at the both ends of ladder chassis  for putting on joint bolt. There is symmetrical mobile dump hook shoot nail and cross arm reinforced pole shoot nail welded on the top of roof chassis.

    Planks connected ladder and flash board is made throng several processed. This shows this model's good quality, high accuracy,accordant standard and safe.
