We can design and produce excavator buckets for all brands, scientifically solve stress problem as different construction conditions and customer requirements, and have ability to ensure structural strength, use performance and product quality by selection of high-quality material, advanced computer-aided design and complete control over process welding quality. The specification ranges from 0.1m3 to 12m3.

By bucket type and material, there are common bucket, imitated original bucket, reinforced bucket and rock bucket, which are made from domestic high-tensile structural steel 16Mn (Q345B), in addition, the tooth plate and side edge board of reinforced bucket and rock bucket can be made from domestic high-quality wear-resistant steel NM360 and Sweden ultrahigh-strength wear-resistant steel HARDOX according to customer demands.

By function, there are ditching bucket, grid bucket, cleaning bucket, and tipping bucket, etc. The ditching bucket is suitable for ditching in different forms, and is featured by once forming, no finish and high work efficiency. The grid bucket is used to separate, excavate or salvage bulk materials excellently at a time, and is widely applicable to municipal administration, agriculture, forestry, water conservation and earthwork, and cleaning bucket and tipping bucket are suitable for finishing of slop and other planes and huge desilting and cleaning of riverway and ditches, and the tipping bucket can change the dip angle of cleaning bucket by the hydro-cylinder, which greatly improves work efficiency.

Q:I am a mechanic but I have very little knowledge of hydraulics. The following hydraulic responses are way too slow: bucket movement and the right hand side track movement. The slew/swing motor has no power. I am wondering if these functions are all fed from the same pump and it could just be a pump adjustment?? I know the pump was recently replaced with a cat dealer reman. unit. Please help ASAP.
I would say the first thing to check is the inline spin on filter (as sometimes they get restrictive) if OK, then start looking at the pressure regulator valve assembly! The right hand side track movement issue is another problem, (could be as easy as a linkage adjustment)!
Q:What are the specifications of excavators?
You didn't ask very clearly. A unit of length or weight, or what? The length is usually mm, and the unit of weight is usually kg. An imperial unit is usually inches in length and weighs t in weight

Q:what are the people who level the land called? (are they land levelers)?
Terraformers, landscape gardeners, civil engineers and many other names, but whats in a name or title, its the action that counts.
Q:A friend of mine has found an antique in Iran and he wants to sell it outside the country, is this legal. the antique is not from a museum.it was excavated.by the way, the folks who found it were Iranian not foreignersmy question is- is it legal to auction this outside the country or do we have to hand it to a museum
You need a permit. You will probably not get one. 'It was excavated' is no defence at all. Neither is the nationality of the excavators. If it was legally excavated in a properly conducted archaeological dig, then it would have gone to a museum anyway. Now - I've told you this, so your friend can do what he or she pleases. I note that this friend did not ask the authorities - maybe because you - sorry, I mean this friend of yours - knew what the answer would be. That said, I personally think these laws are too restrictive. If there are enough of this particular object around, why should it bother anyone if some of them are in private hands in foreign countries?
Q:My fiancé and I are wanting to have an in ground pool installed into our back yard. However we want to know approximately how much a medium size pool will cost, does any one have any input? Thanks!
I don't know what an in ground pool would cost but if you are looking to save money try looking into on-ground pools. They are pools almost like an in ground pool but it has about a foot and a half out of the ground. If you want to make them look better you can put a deck up to the pool and it looks just like an in ground pool. I think that it is just as good as an in ground pool but cheaper. If you live near Kitchener Ontario try stopping by Pioneer Family pools.
Q:I'm doing a project on cranes. I'm wondering which crane has the longest jib. Thanks!
Probably a dragline crane used for quarrying etc.
Q:About to do some excavation in Utah will be digging a 16x56 hole with excavator 8 feet deep that has to be on grade im only use to ground in Virginia.. so is the ground near Salt Lake City Utah hard? or is it sandy? i've heard both
Most of the ground near Salt Lake City is sandy, silt deposits from the river. The higher in elevation you go from the valley floor, will get rockier and rockier.
Q:We are having an excavator come and rip out our back yard to make it level and finally have grass growing where pine trees once stood. The excavator is recommending that we mulch the old lawn and put it back into the ground, underneath our new sod and irrigation system. I can understand the organic material aspect of it, but wouldn't that just encourage the crab grass to come back? Also, with the old pine needles, wouldn't that add too much acid and kill the new sod? I am confused. Also a little weirded out because our wonderful dog likes to eat socks and other unmentionables, wouldn't that also end up under our new lawn? GOTTA love home improvement!
I would till in the old lawn, which will provide some nourishment for the new sod. I wouldn't focus so much on the old weeds you are tilling in, more so focus on keeping your grass healthy, regular fertilizing, proper watering, and aerating. Crabgrass like to grow in undisturbed soil, a lawn is a great example, aerating can help cut down on that. Keeping your lawn healthy and thick, (occasional overseeding if necessary) will prevent the weeds from growing. Good luck :)
Q:where is can buy used construction equipment ?as: used cranes.used loaders ?used dozers ? used excavators ?good condition is Ok.
