Q:Buying used excavators, where to find?
okorder.com more used excavators information, used Excavator Suppliers, used hydraulic excavator, used Crawler Excavator,Used Excavators for sales and so on.
Q:The one with the biggest tool takes the pool...?
Aka 47 If you can't fix it, shot it. If it tries to give you trouble, blow it up. This is the only tool you will need. haha!!
Q:How do I get into an operators union in Southern California ?
Look for labor unions on Google. Then go to a local hall to find out how much of your soul you'll have to sell to join.
Q:Is it worth converting a basement storage to a bedroom?
It probably won't return your investment unless you do the work that youself and are willing to trade on sweat-equity. I just installed an egress window through about 7 inches of concrete wall - messy job, and with the cutting tool rental and excavator rental, I spent about $4,500 to do the job. Drainage is always an issue, as is the retaining wall material. I also installed a flush egress ladder system that blended in with the retaining wall. One other consideration - while you'll increase legal square footage because of the egress... a buyer would logically want a bath in that space. Now you have really 'upped' the cost because of more electrical and plumbing. You might be better off just installing the egress window, and stubbing out plumbing for a bath. Build the interior walls, run wiring without sheetrock to define the bath and bedroom. This will show the buyer the potential, it will increase the legal square footage, but you won't be hit with the big expense of finishing the rooms. You can probably do this for 1/3 of he cost of a finished room. You may already have a finished bath in the space... if that's the case, just install the egress window and run electrical. Good luck!
Q:My excavator is KOMATSU PC650,the bucket is vulnerable to wear after changed . How could I choose a right one?
Wow u killed a bucket they should outlast the machine if properly cared for. Have u ever had the bucket rewelded with build up wire so you r wearing the weld rather than the bucket? Its very simple all you need is an inexpesive mig welder and a couple of rolls of build up wire and weld x's all over the contact patch of your bucket.
Q:how can i can an excavator license?
Don't know about Canada but in the USA you have to have a contractor's license! You have to be able to drive the equipment and be certified (depending on the state you are in) best of luck
Q:What documents do I need to open the excavator for insurance?
As long as the driver's license is complete, you can do it
Q:My neighbors are using my driveway what should I do?
No, no contract. Take photos when you catch them for evidence because large yard materials like excavators going through your yard to get to there's can ruin your landscaping. Tell them they should have asked before assuming, that you understand the predicament they're in and that you want them to sign a contract saying there completely responsible for any landscaping and yard damage they cause to your property. Both of you need to sign and print and DATE! And make a copy for both of you. Give them the copy. If they don't agree to this you will call the police for trespassing, and damage, as well as the fact that if they're so desperate to get into they're yard they can just take off a tier of they're fencing and access they're own yard with a wheel barrow or whatever fits. Sucks to be them, they should have thought about it. Not yoir problem. Theirs.
Q:Issues with my arena?
It is important to drag sand arenas, but it is also important to compact them. My barn has an outdoor with sand and they drag it, then roll over it with a large metal thing (I have no idea what its called) I am going to assume that there is some sort of covering below the sand to keep from a horse sinking in (like rubber mats). I would say if the horse is sinking in the footing there is too much. *Barrel racing, cutting, roping - Deeper, thicker footing is generally preferred to reduce the stress on horses' legs. Some experts recommend as much as four to six inches of topping. Often, a soil/sand mix is used (for example, 75/25) because it can be watered and packed for firmness or fluffed up for a looser footing when needed. *Reining - Like other Western sports, reining requires a stable footing, but usually not as much depth-roughly 2½ to 3 inches. *Flatwork - Recommendations are typically for two inches of footing. Dressage in particular will suffer if footing is much deeper. Crumb rubber or wood products are sometimes considered beneficial additives for flatwork because they make the surface springier. *Jumping - Footing that's too deep will absorb energy and propulsion, making takeoff difficult. The optimum footing will offer good resistance for pushing off without being so hard that there's too much concussion on landing. The depth may be similar to that used for flatwork, but the surface for jumping is usually firmer.
