Application of geotextiles
Filtration
It can be the filtration layer of the dykes, river canal, seacoast, concrete slope, retaining walls. At the same time of preventing the clay granule from passing, it allows the water and the gas pass through freely.
Separation
The isolation of the railway dregs and the roadbed, roadbed and the soft base, surface of the airdrome and parking lot and the groundsill, different dam materials. It isolates the
soil and the gravel of two kinds different

granule pathway from the groundsill or other buildings.
Reinforcement
The highway, railway, soil-stone dam, breakwater, airport, backfill soil of retaining wall,
slope protection, etc in which distributes the earth stress,
prevents the side-displacement of the earth body and improves the earth
body stability.
Protection
It prevents the bank from being washed out, protects the bank and the

bottom, prevents the water and soil from being washed away.

Q:Help with plastic melting please?
Yes, some plastics can be melted, but this is often difficult because the melting point of the plastic is very near its burning temperature. Household heating say a saucepan has hot and not so hot surfaces so reaching the ideal temperature is nearly impossible. You could try making a double boiler with oil as the heat transfer media.
Q:Would termites bore through plastic?
Yep, they won't eat the plastic but they will bore through it to find additional cellulose. Subterranean termites feed exclusively on wood and wood products containing cellulose. Termites have protozoa (microorganisms) in their intestines which provide enzymes to digest cellulose. Although termites are soft-bodied insects, their hard, saw-toothed jaws work like shears and are able to bite off extremely small fragments of wood, a piece at a time. Termites often infest buildings and cause damage to lumber, wood panels, flooring, sheetrock, wallpaper, plastics, paper products, and fabric made of plant fibers. Their most serious damage is in the loss of building structural strength. Other costly losses include attacks on flooring, carpeting, art work, books, clothing, furniture and valuable papers. Subterranean termites feed on dead parts of trees but are not known to attack live trees.
Q:Is water boiled in a plastic kettle carcinogenic?
No, water boiled in plastic kettles is not carcinogenic. Before the kettles go into production they will test water from a prototype to determine if any chemicals are leached into the water. Burning plastic can release toxic and potentially carcinogenic chemicals into the atmosphere though.
Q:Who obtain fuel from waste plastic?
The reference shows the estimated heating values of various fuels including general plastics. Together with plastics in solid domestic waste you will find much more paper in proportion. You may estimate the heating value of paper to be about the same as the soft wood. If the plastic is going to be separated, it would be much better to be recycled. That plastic which cannot be conveniently recycled will be already mixed with paper which likewise cannot be conveniently recycled. You will need to do an analysis on the approximate percentages by volume in that trash resource as it is delivered and convert that to pounds per hour of each component. Multiply each component by its respective heating value and add them to find the anticipated heating value of the entire mix. Whether the trash is wet or dry will have some effect the overall heating value. This will need to be estimated and a wet deduction made of about 1000 BTU/ Lb of moisture. You can estimate the moisture content by comparing the compacted volumes of actual samples with their actual weights as compared to their weights if dry. One of the more difficult considerations will be the reliable sustainability of the fuel supply rate. If it is or becomes inadequate to your needs, it will need to be supplemented with a more conventional fuel like oil or gas. Those heating values are included in the reference. I did such an evaluation for an industrial incenerator/boiler many years ago.
Q:Plastic cuvet and quartz cuvet?
Plastic cuvettes are cheaper than quartz, for one! Did they mix the fluorescent dye in the plastic, too? I'd have to see what they were measuring, but you do know that plastic adsorbs certain materials that quartz will not. Perhaps there was some fraction of the saliva solution that they did not want transferred over. When doing antibody research, we routinely used plasticware to make the antigens stick to the plastic. That is a possible explanation.
Q:mysterious plastic gab ?
The plastic spot has an internal computational function- in essence it is a very simple computer chip, and the plastic is the same as that covering and protecting those chips. The blob-chip contains anywhere from a few dozen to a few hundred logic gates; easily enough to perform any calculatory and switching functions.
Q:Can plastic conduct electricity?
There are conductive plastics , but what your brother ran into wasn't one of them. They are special polymers (fancy word for plastics) that are used in batteries and special circuits. But most plastics aren't conductive which is why they use them for insulation on wires Your brother probably got a good static electric charge. You know how when you comb your hair on certain days and it gets attracted to the brush or comb? Well that is a built up static electric charge. Plastic can hold a charge on it's outside surface by any frictional force and then the first person to ground it out will get that shock especially on a low humidity day ,or indoors with a good dehumidifier or air conditioner to take the moisture out of the air. In fact dry air inside of air conditioned places is just as conductive to static electricity as winter days are in the north for getting a good shock
Q:Can agricultural diesel motor tricycles produce spontaneous combustion?
Now the modification of the prevailing wind, whether or LED xenon lamp decoration lamp, or brush ECU upgrade operations, in the conversion process, circuit, oil of automobile are likely to change, if the technical level of modification personnel is not high, and even illegal modifications, will leave a safety hazard, spontaneous combustion is one of the inevitable.
Q:plastic surgey?
difficult point. check out on to google. it might help!
Q:plastic surgery. what is it;s good and bad side?
